The cold air whipped my hair into my face.
"Stop it!" I yelled at the wind and pushed the hair out of my face. I was walking home from a friends house and it was dark and cold outside. I wanted I get to my apartment as soon as possible so I took a shortcut through an alley.
"Hand over your purse and no one gets hurt." A rough voice whispered in my ear. He had a knife at my neck.
"Sorry Prince Charming I don't have any money only tampons!" He responded by cutting a thin line on my neck.
"See you in hell." he whispered. I closed my eyes waiting for the knife to kill me. But it never did.

The man was on the ground with an arrow lodged in his neck. Someone had saved my life.

I couldn't sleep that night. I kept tossing and turning. Someone had saved my life and I had no idea who.
"Screw it." I got up and went to the kitchen. I made myself a Nutella sandwich and opened my laptop. Time for some research.

After five hours of research all I got were some newspaper clippings of a dark hooded vigilante, who was a modern day Robin Hood. It seemed like this hooded vigilante had saved my life.

Where was I supposed to find someone who didn't want to be found?

I went to the same alleyway where I was first saved. It was dark and cold again. But this time I had worn a larger coat and brought a knife just in case my hero didn't show up.
"Hawkeye? Where are you? Katniss Everdeen? You don't have to hide I just want to talk!" I yelled.

"Very funny." a voice said behind me. I almost peed my pants. I wasn't expecting him to actually show up. I opened my mouth to say something but nothing came out.

"Thank you." I whispered when I finally got over the shock. I heard a trash can clang behind me. I turned around. It was just a raccoon digging for some food. When I turned back He was gone.
