Alexandria walked out of her house, looking left and right for the raven haired child who had enjoyed bugging her not long ago. Sophia was no where to be found.

As she saw that, she couldn't help but sigh. Without Shachi and Penguin, she sat alone in the café, sitting quiet and alone. On top of that, Sophia seemed to avoid her, never crossing paths with her at all. Where could the child be hiding?

With a sigh, she pushed the three out of her mind. It's been a week since the Heart Pirates left their village. Alexandria jumped as she heard a gunshot.

Her eyes widened, her head whipping to the direction it came. Her village, to her knowledge, didn't own any weapons. There wasn't even a blacksmith, let alone someone who possessed a gun. Hesitating, she jogged the direction she heard it come from.

One she neared, her heart nearly dropped as she saw a baker on the ground, clutching his arm. Above him stood a marine.

Marines usually didn't sick in her island, so Alexandria was overwhelmed with shock. On top of that, marines were supposed to be full of honour, not shooting innocent people.

"Where are they?" The man growled at the elder which laid on the floor with a pained expression. "I-I don't..." He trailed off, hissing as he accidentally applied too much pressure to his bullet wound.

With a fast pace, more and more villagers crowded around, the scene becoming more and more eerie. Eventually, the marine looked up, his eyes meeting hers. Alexandria's heart dropped like an anchor as he brown eyes bore into mine.

"You, young lady," I flinched, "Where are the Heart Pirates?" Alexandria rose an eyebrow, the marine boring my confusion. "She should know!" A middle aged woman screeched, "Yes, she was with 'em!" A elder man bellowed, causing the marine to look at her with curiosity.

"They left a week ago," Her terror was obvious, even as Alexandria attempted to ignore the townsfolk, she couldn't help but feel like curling into a ball and rocking back and forth. "Where are they going?" Alexandria forced herself to keep a straight face, "Where ever the log pose takes them," With a growl he stepped forwards, "And where might that be?" She looked around at the villagers, looking for help. She was clueless when it came to maps. She never needed to look at one, as she never felt she needed to leave the village.

"Where are the Heart Pirates?" Alexandria shook her head, "I don't know what island, but you could trade with one of the villagers for a lo-" The man delivered a swift, hard blow to her left cheek, knocking her off her feet.

She looked up at the man, her body trembling in terror as he towered over her. "I'll ask once more," She whimpered, "Where are the Heart Pirates?" She could only stare at him, tears threatening to fall down her cheeks as she rubbed her soon to be bruise.

Without warning he kicked her in the stomach, sending her flying back a few inches. She clawed at the ground, hot tears now running down her face as she held her stomach in pain. As the man stepped forwards, someone scurried to step in front of her.

Alexandria forced one eye open, shock overwhelming her as she saw Sophia blocking the man from getting to her. She tried to call out to the child, but her voice failed her.

The man let out a cruel laugh, shaking his head at the child. "Now, now," He smirked as he knelt down to her height," Why don't you get other of my way so I can teach that woman a lesson." Sophia stared directly into his eyes, hers glazing over. "I won't let you hurt my friend." The man blinked at the child, who was glaring at him. He could feel the villagers stares burning holes in the back of his head, causing him to rise

"Just this time," The marine said before walking towards the docks, where a battle ship had docked.
