Chapter 2: a new roommate part 4

"Hmm?" I woke up in a bed. A cold bed. "Ugh. Where am I?" My back ached really bad.
"Your in my bed room." I heard a familiar voice say.
"Kwazii?" I looked around the room as I started to sit up.
"Yar! It is me lad! Now I don't think ye should be tryin' to sit up right now. Well, not until the burns go away." He laid me back down.
"Huh?" I looked at my stomach which had been bandaged. "Who bandaged me?" I asked.
"Peso did. He is a medic after all." I felt dumb.
"How did I get in your bed? And how long was I out?" I asked.
"I carried you here and ye were out for about five hours." I was shocked I have never slept for that long in a long while. "What's wrong?" I shook my head.
"Its nothing." I smiled. Maybe this new feeling won't be so bad after all. "Um...can I get out of bed yet." I was still laying down on the cold bed.
"Not until Peso says so." He said.
"Why is your bed so cold?" I just wanted to hear his voice.
"Because of an ice pack that ye are laying on." I liked his voice.
"I'm bored." I said.
"Well I don't know what to tell ya." He said. Then I got an idea.
"Hey, Kwazii." He looked at me.
"What?" I smiled.
"You wanna hear a secret?" He nodded. "Come here." He bent down beside me.
"What's the secret?" I giggled. I grabbed his face and turned it towards me.

Kiss him.

There's that voice again.
"Uh.....S-Shiro!? W-what are y-ye d-doin'?!" He tried to move away but I held him there.
"I'm gonna do the same thing I did before." I slammed my lips onto his. I looked at his face. He was as red as a tomato. He looked so cute.
"S-Shiro.." he moaned. I took that chance to slip my tongue inside his mouth. "Mmph.." he then started to kiss me back.
'Why? Why does my heart beat so fast!? Is it like a disease?' I thought to myself.
"Mph. Ah." I broke the kiss and laid back in the bed.
"So?" He looked up.
"W-what?" He said. His face was still as red as a tomato.
"Did ya like it my little kitty~." I felt like it was wrong but at the same time it feels right. Why?
"Um....u-uh..." I was waiting patiently.
"Kwazii! He up yet!" I heard Peso yell from behind the door.
"Uh.." I looked at him. His blush was going away but I could still see that he was a bit embarrassed.
"Yea! I'm awake! Come in!" I yelled.
"Ok! I'm coming in!" The door opened to show a penguin.
"Hello, Peso." I said calmly.
"Hello. Um...Kwazii? Why is your face red? Did you catch a fever?" He walked over to Kwazii and put his hand on his forehead.
"I'm fine! I-I need to g-go check on something I-I'll be right back." He quickly ran out the door. I was confused and kinda hurt at the same time.
'Did he not like it? Or is he to embarrassed?' I questioned myself.
"Shiro? What happened before I got here?" He asked.
