"The mating ceremony!" She says excitedly.

I looked from the blond to him
I pushed him away from me, tears threatening to spill
"Y-you!" I say, my voice rising
"How could you do this?! And to think I was thinking about accepting you! I'm such an idiot! How did I not see this coming?!" I pull on my hair, tears streaming down my face.
"Skyla-" he started
"NO. No no! I hate you!" I yell at him, staring him in the eyes.
His eyes were full of guilt and sorrow
"Goodbye Greyson."
"But-"
"GOODBYE!" I boomed, my wolfs voice taking over.
He bowed his head with tears streaming down his face, and he walked away.
I sat in the waiting room chair, with my head in my hands, sobbing
This is all too much.
My family is gone,
Stephan is a traitor,
My mate is mating someone else.
"Damnn." A familiar voice said, clapping their hands
I turned around and saw Gabriel.
"What the hell do you want?" I said pissed off.
"Checking up on you. I saw what just happened. Are you okay?" He said, with concern
I sniffled and stood up.
"I'm fine." I said blankly.
"Skylar.. Don't lie." He warned
He opened up his arms taking me into a comforting hug
He was so warm.
And he smelled amazing.
"Thank you." I said to him.
