DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT OWN DIVERGENT, THAT BELONGS TO THE VERY TALENTED VERONICA ROTH.

My entire vision is fuzzy, and my ears ring as heat pulses through my veins. I feel a presence next to me and look over only to meet the eyes of none other than Four. Before I can even hear him. I see his lips moving insinuating that he is speaking to me, but my mind races that elsewhere as my vision sways and my eyes try to focus on his worry filled face.

"-ice-an-ar-m-" is all I hear escape his lips and make their way through the obnoxious ringing echoing through my head. "I-oing-to-ake-y-my-lace." The words begin to become her more clear as he starts to wrap his arms around me in order to lift me from the ground on which I'm seated. He clutches my shoulder and I hiss in pain flinching away from his touch. "I'm-orry, I didn't-ean to hur-you, may need-itches on your-ight eye, and I-eed to check on your-rm." He says softly and I nod slightly, but when he reaches to pick me up again I hold out my right hand for him to help me up. He takes it in his own hand and pulls me to my feet before wrapping an arm around my waist to help me stay steady.

"Why were you here?" I managed to croak out. I know it shouldn't have been my first choice in words, but it was what was pegging my mind at the moment.

"I was walking back from my control room shift, and I heard you scream." He says keeping his eyes trained forward. Finally the ring has subsided down to a low buzz, and I can hear the absence of noise that moments ago was a peaceful silence, now turned into a quiet eeriness. I clamp my right eye shut to keep my blood from flowing into it and also to sooth the ache in my head. I feel Four pull me to a stop, and hear him unlock his door before he grabs a hold of me again. Next thing I know I'm sat on the bed and he leaves the room quickly. I can hear shuffling and he comes back holding a bowl of water, a towel, a box, and a large bottle of something labeled 'whiskey.'

"Drink this." He says handing me the bottle, and without hesitation I pop the lid off and chug back a gulp of the brown liquid. It burns on its way down my throat but it's not that bad a feeling. Four touches my shoulder and I hiss yanking away from him. "It's dislocated, I'm going to have to pop it back into place. Man, you are not going to be too happy with that." He says standing as I nod. He kicks off his shoes and I take another large swig of the liquor. I think back to when I had to do this for him. Marcus had popped his shoulder out of place after a, disagreement so to say. He grabs my hand and places his foot in my armpit but doesn't pull yet. It hurts like hell already and he hasn't even done it yet." This is going to hurt. I'm sorry but this is what I-" He starts apologizing but I cut him off.

"Bloody hell Tobias! Just pop the god damn thing back in pla-" I scream as he pulls hard and a pop fills my ears as a tingling pain shoots through my body, sweat pouring out of me. "Holy shit Tobias you could have given me a goddamn warning you ass." I shout clutching my arm. I see pain flash over his face and pain cross through his eyes. Yeah, he's in pain I just relocated my bloody shoulder for crying out loud.

"I'm sorry, I really didn't want to." He begs and I scuff.

"Whatever, just get the sticky shit off me." I take another gulp and wipe my hand over my eyebrow flinching at the sharp sting. Four takes his shirt off and pulls the fabric between his teeth ripping off a section and tying it around my right shoulder and elbow making a sling for my left arm. He takes the towel and bowl of water and starts cleaning the blood from my face, turning the bowl a tent of dark pink. He draws his eyebrows together as he works and I gulped down finishing the first half of the bottle. A numbness overcoming my body leaving a dull ache. My thoughts are running wild but my headache only peaks.

"You need stitches." Four whispers and I nodded as he opens the box grabbing a needle and stitching. "I'm sorry, this is going to hurt." He says regret coating his midnight blue eyes.
