"Alexis can we talk?" I asked after pulling myself together.
"No, you have a flight to catch remember Daniel?" She said writing in her notepad.
"I've got an extra 2hours to spare and we need to talk!" I said grabbing her notebook from her.
She didn't say anything she just took in a deep breath as she sat with her eyes closed as if she was meditating.
"Daniel there is nothing to talk about babe!" She said giving me a closed smile.
I can tell that she was upset but not as much as I thought she was.
"I was going to tell you, I just wanted to wait until after I came back."
"She'd be almost in labor by that time Daniel!" She semi yelled.
"See this is why I tried to hide it! I didn't want us arguing before I left. I don't want you to be mad at me while I'm gone, I don't want you or me to remember us arguing and yelling things that we don't mean Lex!"
"We don't have to do this Danny. Look I know what you and her had was before me so I can't get mad. Just stop trying to hide things from me, especially stuff like this! This is a big deal!" She said giving my lips a kiss.
