Fire and Ice

Problems...

"Klare..."
"I'm fine."
"Klare."
"I said, I'm fine."
"Klare!"
"WHAT?!"

Klare glares at Zuko. The pair was standing at the front of the ship. It had been only hours ago that Klare had woken up to a bloody mess of molerat corpses. So far, she had refused both breakfast and lunch and politely declines to drink anything. This generally concerns Zuko, since he noticed the similarities from years ago happening agin. It wasn't until this time that he realized just how serious it had been before, and it kinda scared him. Everyone else, on the other hand, either thought that she was sea sick or in a seriously bad mood because of their little prank on her.

"You need to eat something."
"No, I don't. Others need the food more than me."
"Everyone has already eaten, both lunch and breakfast. They'll be fine, but you won't be if you don't eat anything. At least drink something."
"Zuko! How many times do I need to say it?! I'm. Fine."
"Klare!"

Klare began walking away angrily. She passes Iroh, who causes her to pause and sigh. "Is the flower not taking well to the rain and sun?" "No, no, not at all. I'm perfectly fine. However, Zuko thinks otherwise. You should tell him about how arguing with a strong, young lady like myself will have terrible affects on our friendship. Or about how one must allow others to handle themselves without his worry and concern." With that she continues quickly walking away.

As she leaves, Zuko stomps up to Iroh. "She's being completely unreasonable!" "When seeking a deer, one must be patient as to not make it run away. Perhaps patience is all you need to get through to your deer." Iroh advises his nephew with a knowing smile. "Fine. I guess I can't really argue about that."

However, what soon came to worry Zuko was the fact that he didn't see Klare agin for the rest of the day. As expected, she didn't go to dinner. Yet whenever Zuko would question any of the crew they'd say incoherent answers. Some said they hadn't seen her, others said she went to her room or one of the other decks, but whenever he looked she was never where any of them said. He feared that she'd left the ship because of how he had been acting. Quietly, he swore to himself, "When I find her agin, I swear I'm going to apologize to her and treat her differently, no matter how hard it might get. I'll make sure she willingly stays with us...with me. I don't think I can lose her agin. I'm different from the pipsqueak of a naive child I used to be. I can do something this time instead of just watch her back as she leaves."

**later that night**

Zuko is just now heading back to his room after his last failure at finding Klare. He was sure that she had left the boat with her water bending, but he was proven wrong when a familiar voice echoes through the whole ship.

"Merrily we fall out of line, out of line.
I'll fall anywhere with you. I'm by your side.

We're not going anywhere until we freeze~

Zuko smiles with relief that Klare hadn't left the ship. With his doubts cleared and his detemmienation powered up once agin, Zuko follows in the direction where Klare's voice had come from.

I am so sorry that it's shorter, agin! (I think... This is an agin right? Or am I thinking of a different one? I don't know, I'm gonna go with it anyways.)

So~. Will Zuko find Klare? Where will she be? Will he stick to his vow or will that be saved until another day? What are they going to do about the bad molerat problem that's still in Klare's room?
