"Happy Easter!!!!" Klare cheers from behind Zuko, startling the poor boy. "Huh? It's that day already?" "Yep! And you know what that means!" He turns to face her with a worried expression. "What?"
"Forest adventure!!!!" He groans. "Do I have to?" He earns a flick to the forehead in response before Klare starts walking away into the woods. "Fine then. I'll just go by by myself. All alone. Who knows, I might meet a group of barbarians, get kidnapped, tortured, and killed because I don't have my strong, handsome companion alongside me in order to keep me safe."
"You're both a water and fire bending master. You can protect yourself." Klare gives him a 'wtf?' look over her shoulder. That's when an idea pops into her head and a devious smirk slips it's way onto her lips as she looks back in front of her agin. "Okay, then I suppose it'll be totally fine if I bump into another handsome guy and end up being seduced into running away with him, never to come back."
Within seconds, Zuko was by Klare's side and holding her hand protectively in his. "Let's just go already." Klare giggles they started walking through the forest.
*a few moments later*
"We're lost, aren't we, Klare?"
... -crickets chirping- ...
"Klare?"
Zuko looks beside him to find that Klare had fallen asleep while sitting down in a warm, sunny spot with her back leaning on an old looking tree. He smiles softly at the sight, quietly making his way over to sit next to the girl's sleeping form.
The moment he sits down, however, she leans over and her head lands on his shoulder.
It didn't take long before Zuko gently rests his head on Klare's. Soon being lulled off into sleep by the warm feeling of the sun on him and the calming sound of Klare's quiet, gentle snores beside him.
