Chapter 12

Stevens p.o.v

I get to lizs house and the door is locked. I then remembered that she had a spare key under the flower pot of the plant near her door.

I open the door and then put the key back. I walk to her room cuz I figured she would be there and I was right. She was in the bed sleeping. She looks so adorable when she sleeps.

I walk up to her and the floor creaks accidentally waking her up. She looks at me and looks surprised to see me and then she rolls her eyes.

"What are you doing here" she says annoyed. "Babe, why don't you believe me?" I say sitting beside her. She just looks down and shrugs her shoulders. "Babe, I love you. You're my princessa and i'm your little puto, I wouldn't lie to you cuz I would risk losing the best girl in the world." I say lifting her chin up and looking at her in the eyes.

Lizs p.o.v

I woke up to the sound of my floor creaking. I open my eyes and there was steven walking towards me. I roll my eyes and ask him what he was doing here.

He sat besides me talking. He hugs me and I feel safe. His hugs are so tight and warm that they make me feel like nothing in the world can hurt me.

He actually took the effort to try and come clear things up personally which makes me believe him. We stop hugging and He coughs.

"Babe, I think you should go back home cuz you're still sick" I say to him. He frowns and says "but only if you come back". I nod and we both get up from my bed.

We walk past my desk and he sees the blade. He looks at me as he scrunches him eyebrows in confusion. "Why do you have a blade on your desk?". He asks as I see his eyes tear up. "You cut?" He asks as his voice cracks. "No, I....it....umm... I was just really upset with what had happened but I promise I didn't, you called me exactly when I was about to and then I forgot about it.....i'm sorry" I say to him.

"Babe, don't ever do that to yourself please. You're too beautiful to be doing that. You should never do that even if it was because of me. Promises me you'll never even try" he says tears falling from his cheeks.

I hug him and look at him, "I promise" I say. He gives me his pinky and we do our little pinky promise. We walk out and head to stevens house.

He eats the soup I had made him earlier. We just hung out for another 2 hours and then I left to my house. I got home and felt hungry so I grabbed some money my mom left in the kitchen since she knows I like to go out and eat sometimes.

I get out of the house and head to in and out since I've always heard it's amazing but I've never actually tried it. I get there and order. I eat and then head back home. It's been a pretty basic day to be honest.

My mom gets home and I had bought my mom some in and out so I gave her her hamburger. "Mom? Can I talk to you?" I ask her. "Sure honey, what's going on" she says as she takes a bite out of her hamburger.

"So you know steven right?" I say, obviously knowing she does. "Yeah" she says, taking a sip of her soda this time. "Well we're dating" I say nervously. "Oh honey, I knew that was going to happen sooner or later. I see you two always hanging out and him sleeping over, kinda obvious if you ask me" she says laughing.

"Oh" I say laughing a bit. "Okay well that's all I wanted to talk to you about, imma go get ready for bed" I say to my mom as I give her a kiss on the cheek.

Stevens p.o.v

After Liz left I just closed my eyes and drifted off to sleep. I wake up at 6am the next day, feeling worse.

I tried to sleep again and maybe I would feel better, but I couldn't sleep. I texted
