It was a cold, snowy day in Manhattan and exactly two days before Christmas. On this snowy day the girls took their daughters to play in the snow at the park. Kelsiee and Julissa made snow angels, observed the snow, and even had a long snowball fight. After their snowball fight, Kayla and Dominique decided to have a snowman competition with their girls. Kelsiee was so confident that her mother and her were going to have the best snowman. As Kayla and Kelsiee began to make their bottom, someone crept behind her.
"Ahhh Dee don't do that!" Kayla turned around and pushed him jokingly.
"I'm sorry." Devon took a glance at Kelsiee rolling the snowball. "So, that's Kelsiee?"
"Yes that is." Kayla said in a happy tone as she continued helping her daughter roll the snowball.
"Mommy. Look they not started haha." Kelsiee giggled.
"Let me help ya out here." Devon helped finish rolling the bottom.
As they finished rolling the bottom of the snowman, they started to roll the big body for the snowman, and last but not least Kayla let Kelsiee roll the head since it was supposed to be small. Dominique and Julissa were halfway done with their snowman. They were just starting to roll their body for their snowman. They didn't have a carrot for the nose, but Kayla happened to have some extra buttons in her coat. She gave them to Kelsiee , so she could stick the buttons on as eyes. Devon pulled sticks off a tree and gave them to Kelsiee to insert as arms on the snowman.
"FINISHED!!!" Kelsiee blurted out. "Thank you mommy and mommy's fwend."
"Kelsiee his name is Devon." Kayla giggled
"Oh that's too much mommy. I call him something else?" Kelsiee smiled innocently.
"Well call me Dee." Devon bent down to her level.
"Okay Deeeee. " Kelsiee smiled.
"That is so not fair. Cheaters!!" Dominique blurted out as she walked over to Kayla.
"Oh well." Kayla laughed.
"Well atleast Julissa isn't angry about it." Dominique put her hand on Devon and Kayla's shoulder as she watched Kelsiee and Julissa play in the snow.
"Aaron talks about Julissa all the time." Devon confessed.
"Awww. That's cute." Dominique smiled.
"I think it's time to take them home." Kayla walked over to Kelsiee and picked her up. "There too little to be in the cold like this." Dominique agreed and picked Julissa up.
"Well I'll see you guys later." Devon smiled and embraced Kayla.
"Okay. Bye." They said in unison.
The girls headed back to the apartment in 45 minutes. As the girls got into their apartment, they began to remove their daughter's wet clothes and added on their warm pajamas. After Kelsiee and Julissa were in their comfortable pajamas, they sat on the couch and watched tv until their mother's finished dressing theirselves in comfortable clothing as well.
"Lissa. You want a chocolate cupcake?" Kelsiee smiled.
"Uh I dunno. I scared to get one." Julissa said in a nervous tone.
"Our mommies won't know. I get it. Shhhh."
Kelsiee hopped off the couch and walked into the kitchen and aimed for the correct cabinet that revealed the sweets. Kelsiee's eyes searched around in the cabinet for the cupcakes , but she couldn't find them. As Kelsiee was inching her way to the couch, Dominique caught her being sly.
"What were you doing?" Dominique raised her eyebrow.
"Um..looking awound." Kelsiee smiled innocently.
