Cameron Monaghan x Reader
You leave the convention with a smile on your face and butterflies in your stomach. The Cameron Monaghan had given you his phone number! It's so hard to believe that the thought never leaves your mind and that magical slip of paper never leaves your hand.
The next morning, a thought occurs to you...I'm going to have to text him first. A wave of panic washes over you. What if he doesn't remember you? What if he thinks you're annoying? What if he doesn't text back?
After gathering up all your courage and grabbing your phone from it's charger, you type in Cameron's number as a contact. The only way to find out what happens, you think to yourself, tapping your phone with a shaking hand, is to send a text.
Y/N: hey
Cameron: hey
Cameron: is this Y/N?
Y/N: yeah
Cameron: cool
Y/N: :)
Cameron: did you enjoy the con?
Y/N: yeah! you?
Cameron: it was cool
Y/N: met lots of fans?
Cameron: tons
Cameron: they were all really nice
Y/N: duh you're cameron monaghan XD
Cameron: there was this one girl
Y/N: yeah?
Cameron: she was really nice
Cameron: and really excited to meet me
Y/N: ...
Cameron: and really cute
Cameron: so I gave her my phone number :)
