I woke the next morning with a groan. My lower body and hands hurt like hell. I pushed myself into a sitting position shakily. Slowly, I curled and uncurled my fingers to help relieve some of the pain. Rolling off the bed onto my feet, I looked around for my pants. Once found, I put put them on my arm and hobbled to the door.
It sounded like Crone was getting ready to leave. The coast was clear. I opened the door silently and scurried into the bathroom. Hot showers always made me feel better. It took about 10 minutes for me to just stand in the running water, crying into my hands. I turned the water off when my eyes dried.
I put the clothes back on and peaked out the door. Crone was still here. I could tell when he walked down the hall and halted when I opened the door. I heard him inhale deeply through his nose before he turned around to face me. I saw his pupils expand as his eyes darkened. "Come here." he ordered quietly.
Hanging my head, I obeyed timidly. He couldn't do anything worse than what he's already done, besides killing me. I doubt he'll do that considering what he said last night. Because I wasn't going fast enough for his liking, Crone grabbed my arm and pulled me towards him - roughly. I flinched away, earning me a growl from him.
"You're still in heat." he stated bluntly. I rolled my eyes, and he growled again. "Yes," I continued as if he didn't growl, "females are in heat for a couple of weeks. Even if they mated. Which, in my case, would be considered rape." I snapped, my head still low.
Crone's fingers were under my chin, forcing me to look up at him, in an instant. "It's your job to please your mate, which is me. The only way you can please me is to shut up, and mate with me. I can administer it as a punishment if I want to." he snarled in my face. I winced and pulled my face away from his hands.
He seemed contempt with my reaction and dropped his hand, turning to go back downstairs. I stood trembling, the water from my hair dripping down my back. Crone continued through the living room and out the front door. Slowly, I went back to the bed and lay down on it in fetal position. I didn't cry this time.
Someone was trying to get in my head. By the way they were exploring gently for an opening, I could tell they weren't going to leave until I talked to them. I sighed and opened up just for him. Tilly! Are you okay? Maka asked. Yes, why? I replied. Maka snorted. I got worried by the way Crone snapped at you.
I sighed and rolled onto my back. No, I'm fine, Maka. Thanks for asking, though. His silence made it obvious that he didn't believe me, but he didn't press on. I'm gonna visit. I say finally, and got up. As Maka chuckled, I trotted down the stairs and out the door. My bare feet were pricked by the dying grass, but I ignored it and sped walked over to the cages.
Maka was at the side of the cage that we talked by yesterday. It felt like ages since I was over here, but it was really less than 24 hours. I knelt in front of him and gave his head a quick scratch. "How much longer do you have to stay in here?" I asked, furrowing my eyebrows. Just another week or so. Maka shrugged.
I sat back and nodded. We chatted about random things and laughed at the jokes we made at each other. Eventually, the sun was beginning to set. Groaning, I got to my feet and brushed the grass off my butt. "I should probably get back before Crone does..." I sighed, and Maka nodded. I waved goodbye and headed to the house.
A few pack males intercepted me. "Well, who is this?" the largest one purred, grabbing my wrist. "Let me go." I said quietly, pulling my hand away. Another piped up. "She's an omega. I've never seen her around before." I snarled lightly. The big one laughed. "Let's see how much omega is in her. Hey, omega, go to that puddle over there."
He pointed to a mud-filled puddle that's just large enough to fit me if I layed down. I shook my head, and the males growled. "Do as you're told, Omega, or else." I hung my head and shuffled into the puddle. The water was chilling on my feet. "Now lay down!" the brute ordered. Slowly, I lowered myself into the mud and winced from the cold.
"All the way..." they pressed. With a whine, I put my head back enough so only my nose was poking out of the lapping water. "That is not all the way!" someone growled, and a large hand pushed my head under. I flailed, trying to escape, but he was too strong.
Crone! I cried out, quickly losing air. I felt his attention on my thoughts, and then I saw his. He was rushing towards the group and punched one in the jaw. The hand on my mouth and nose quickly let go, and I sat up, spitting up water. I vaguely heard Crone snapping at them.
"I don't care if she is an omega, that is murder!" he snarled. I wiped my eyes, trying to get the grit out of them. "Get out of here!" Crone growled, and then picked me up by under my arms. He held me out like I was a puppy that just peed themselves. "Are you alright?" he asked, and my thoughts went back to the party. The first three words I heard that came from his mouth.
I nodded, then started to cough. "You need to get in some dry clothes..." he sighed, lifting my feet higher off the grass and started to walk back to his house. I took deep breathes, getting my breathing back to normal slowly. I let my head roll forward, completely exhausted. His steady pace was really relaxing, and I almost fell asleep in his hands.
But it ended when he set me down to open the front door. When I didn't move, Crone pulled me inside. "Go take a shower," he said quietly, "I need to wash clothes anyways." I sniffed and nodded again. I made myself pick my feet up and go up the stairs to the shower.
