Hello everyone! I'm sorry I haven't been able to update, I had some personal issues. But, now that it's over and school is out, I will be able to update. I don't really like this chapter, so I promise the next will be better. Enjoy~

The day is off. Different. The air surrounding us is thick and tense. I lift my nose in the air, sniffing slightly. I scrunch my brows together, trying to figure out the problem. My skin feels as if it is on fire and I can't shake off the feeling either. I roll my shoulders back and whine a little. I want Taehyung. My body is telling me to go to him. I groan and rush inside to grab my keys. Before leaving, I hear laughter. I turn my head slightly and see Jin leaning against the door, a smirk clear on his face. I roll my eyes.
"I didn't do anything wrong this time, Jin. I'm just going to Tae's." I say, trying to get out the door but he grabs my arm. I look at him and growl a little. He releases my arm and steps back a little in surrender. I am alpha after all.
"Kookie, that isn't the best idea." he says, head hung low. I would've cussed him, but there must be a reason behind his statement. I raise an eyebrow and he continues. "Your body," he says looking me up and down, "Is going crazy. Tae won't help one bit." I huff and roll my eyes, rushing to my car. I leave before he gets to me and I am grateful for it. I soon reach his house and as soon as I get out my car, his scent hits me. I growl as my body catches fire again. My phone buzzes, grabbing my attention. It's Jin. "It's a full moon." he says. That's all I have to hear before rushing back into my car and going straight back to the pack house. I get out and Jin is standing there with a soda in one hand and the other on his hip. Sassy. He looks at me with sympathy as I run to my room. Great, I can't be near my mate for a few days. I decide on a cold shower to try to reduce the heat consuming my body. The cold water cascades down my chest, dripping into the tub. I close my eyes, throwing my head under the water. After my shower I dress quickly and lay on my bed. My phone chimes and I grab it, instantly biting at my bottom lip as I read the message.

"Hey! Do you think we can hang out? Pretty pleaseeee?"
I huff and whine. What do I do? The want from earlier settles in the pit of my stomach. I quickly reply to him.
"Not today baby, got business to take care of. I love you."
I sigh in content as I hit send and the message delivers. My phone chimes once again.

"Aw, okay Kookie. I love you~"
I smile widely as I read the last part of the message. I put my phone down and let sleep overcome me.
