Chapter 7- Unknow POV:

I sit down on the couch, crossing my legs. Hands behind my head. Boredom strikes like a knife. Cutting me badly. Here I am working with a machine. I could do so much better. I laugh as he walks into the room.

"The girl is getting happy again. Send more souls," he says. I roll my eyes. It's been two weeks since the girl felt the souls. I would've just taken her now. I don't know what he's waiting for. My plans surpass his, but he doesn't listen. Does he care. Of course not. But I have a plan that will intertwine with his pathetic one.

"How 'bout I summon them later," I laugh.

"No time to wait. Stick to the plan. Send more," he demands.

"I don't send. I summon, then send," I say messing with him. He thinks he's smarter than me. Ha! Something created by a mortal is a complete joke. A waste of time. He is nothing to me. His plan will be better as soon as I put my piece into it. He doesn't know. No mortal's machine can read my thoughts.

"Then summon them. Now," he demanded. Somehow bringing him here, he talks more like a normal being than a machine. I dismiss it though. I get up and go into another room. I stand over a small ball shape like pathetic Earth. I say a few words to bring the souls of Earth from their realm. They rise slowly, calling out names the living. I laugh.

I whisper to them where to go. They go off. I smile. The girl's soul will be among them soon enough. Forever trapped in their realm of sorrow. I go back to tell that the souls are off. When I enter; he isn't there. I look around. He left me again. He can't keep me trapped in here forever. I sit back down and grab a book.

Winter's POV:

It's been two weeks and nothing interesting has happened yet. I'm tired of this. Tony barley let's me out of here. I'm stuck in this tower. Too bad I don't have long hair to let down, so a handsome guy could climb up and rescue me. Dreams. To bad they all can't come real.I walk into the kitchen and grab an apple. I take a bite. I feel someone watching me. I turn around. No one. I pull out a stool and sit on it. I look around the kitchen.

"Who's there," I say calmly. Something touches my shoulder and I scream, dropping the the apple. I turn around and Peter stands there laughing his head off. I mumble while I pick up the apple throwing it away. I don't know how, but I became friends with Peter. Somehow. I don't think science could answer that anyway.

"Peter what are you doing here. Shouldn't you be doing something heroic," I joke. His eyes get big.

"What are you talking about heroic. I'm no hero. The Avengers are heros. I'm just a normal kid," Peter goes on and on.

"Relax," I say. "I was just kidding. I know you don't have any powers or anything. BTW neither does Clint or Natasha, but their still heros. So if you want to be a hero just learn some cool fighting moves and get a awesome costume. Then go save people."

"Sorry Winter. Anyway, it's not that simple to becoming a hero. A big time famous hero that is."

"Yeah, well whatever," I say grabbing another apple. It's already sunset. I've been sleeping in more and more now. Nothing to do, so why bother getting up.

"Winter!" Someone calls my name. It's sounds like Tony, so I'm going to ignore him. He yells again. I continue to eat my apple. Peter gives me a look. I shrug my shoulders. He continues looking at me. "Fine, I'll go," I say throwing my hands up. Peter laughs and follows me to the living room where Tony is.

"What do you want?"

"Sit down you two," Tony demands. We do as he says. I cross my arms waiting for him to speak. The other Avengers enter the room sitting down. I don't like the looks of this. "Winter, we Avengers get busy saving people all the time. You can't be left alone since you like going into my lab so much and trying to ruin things. So I hired a babysitter," Tony explains.

"What," I yell. "I'm fifteen. I don't need anybody to watch me." Peter laughs. I give him a look. He shuts up. I turn back to Tony. Glaring at him.

"Your babysitter is someone Peter knows."

"I do?" Peter asks.

"Yes, your friend Ava Ayala," Tony says.

"Isn't that the girl from the movies who seem to not like me?" I ask Peter.

"Yes," he says quietly.

"Tony you need to get some other babysitter. No way am I dealing with that girl."

"To late Winter. Also, whenever she isn't available. We have a rotation between us Avengers. Each one of us does a turn for about a week. So you won't be stuck with Ava forever."

I roll my eyes. I don't want to be babysitted by Ava nor the Avengers. I'm not a baby.

"Sir, Miss Ava Ayala is here," JARVIS annonces. I look at Tony annoyed. The other Avengers get up.

"Stay here," Tony says. Natasha rolls her eyes sitting back down. Everyone looks annoyed.

"JARVIS lead her here."

"Yes sir."

In no time Ava comes in. Great. "Hi, so am I babysitting today or is this introducing time?"

"You're babysitting today. Guess what you get a bonus if you watch Peter too," Tony says.

Peter is about to protest but Ava speaks before he could. "Sure. No problem Mr.Stark."

I hate this. I hate this. I HATE THIS.
