Benny POV

I was being released. Today which was the day after I got beat up. Anyways right now I was being wheel by Smalls. I can tell that I'm lose my mind because I hate that people do things for me. I always want to help other.

"Stop your long face" Vanessa whispered in my ear

I just roll my eyes smiling.

"Hey Rodriguez" I saw Phillips standing up from a chair he was sitting on in the waiting room

"What do you want" Ham asked annoy

"I'm not here to fight okay" Phillips raised his hands

"Then what do you want " Vanessa asked crossing her arms

" I'm here to tell you guys that It wasn't me that send those guys beat you up." Phillips said

"Then who did" I yell

"I asked them and they said that it's was the drama freaks" Phillips answer confused as any of us

"Phillips are you sure they said" Vanessa asked

"Yeah they said that they weren't told a lot but to beat up Rodriguez and if anyone asked to said the drama freaks " Phillips reply

"Wait you have clue about who it is" DeNunez asked

"It not clue. It's the answer" Vanessa said angry

"Then who was it" Smalls asked

"The memorial people" Vanessa answer

"Are you sure Vane" I asked grabbing her hand.

" 100% when we would prank or anything to our enemies. We would said that we were the drama freaks" Vanessa breath out I squeeze her hand three times.

"But they wouldn't be that dumb to use the same name" Yeah Yeah said

"Trust me. They would. They are that dumb." Vanessa nod

"Phillips we need you to said that to the police" I beg

"I don't know I really don't want to get involved" Phillips hesitate

"If you help then they will get lock in jail and you will be safe. Everyone won't think you as a dick" I told him

"Fine" Phillips sigh

"Thanks" all of us said and he smile. I saw how he look longing at Vanessa but she didn't notice because she was talking to the boys. I became jealous. So I grab her hand and tugged her hand a bit. She looks at me. I made her a sign to come closer. She did and I kiss her making both of us blush. I pull Vanessa in my lap and wheel to my mom's car.when I got there my mom just giggle and took out her phone and took us a picture. I was just happy that I got out of the hospital. It's so freaking boring but the good thing is I had the boys to keep me from not boring.

" you ready" my mom ask

"Yes" we all yell and got in the van that Zak let us use.

I got help from the boys to get into the van. I sat next to Vanessa.

"Hey come here often" I told smiling cheeky. She just giggle

"Not really" Vanessa reply putting her head my shoulder. I took her hand and kiss it.
