I woke up at seven making my way into the living room where my agents slept. I had bishop and Abby sleep in my spare bedroom down the hall since tony and Ziva decided they'll stay out in the living room along with McGee who was asleep on the couch. I never thought I'd walk in on the sight before me. DiNozzo laying with his little girl asleep on his chest and Ziva snuggled up beside them. He had his arms wrapped around them both protectively
I've always thought of my team as my family, that's why I made rule 12, in all honesty it was because of my relationship with Jen, things changed after we crossed that line and we didn't work out. I wanted to protect my team from situations like that, but you can't help who you fall in love with and those two have fallen pretty hard
I left them to sleep heading into the kitchen to make a pot of coffee, when I turned around Abby and Ellie stood behind me
Abby: good morning gibbs
She came over giving me a hug as Bishop greeted me
Abby: do you need help with breakfast? I could make omelettes since you've already made the coffee
"Go for it" I said while pouring myself a cup of coffee, bishop decided to give abby a hand with breakfast, so I headed into the living room. McGee and DiNozzo were now awake, but Ziva and Tali was fast asleep. Tony made sure both his girls were warm enough under the blanket before moving beside me on the couch

"Your doing good with them" I told him before taking g a sip of my coffee
Tony: truth is I don't really know what I'm doing here
"You see to have got the hang of it to me, there's no guidebook on parenting but your doing just fine" I assured
Tony: I'm not talking about Tali. I love her boss and I love what we have
"Your afraid you'll screw this up, you'll do just fine DiNozzo. She loves you, she trusts you and I know you won't mess this up"
Tony: how are you so sure?
"You'll have me to answer to if you hurt either of those girls. That's how I'm sure" I told him " your only worried because you love them" I continued, we all sat in silence for a while before Abby called us in for breakfast. Tali had just woken up, but tony decided against waking Ziva
Tony: Tali I think we need to teach you how to use a fork
Abby: Tony all babies like eating with their hands, she's having fun
Tony's POV
We watched as she squashed the omelette before eating it, she seemed to be enjoying g playing with her breakfast even though her way of eating has her extra dirty. Mcgee and bishop cleared the table and cleaned up after breakfast while I took tali for a bath, she splashed around in the bubble filled tip laughing for a while before I took her put and got her dressed
When we headed back into the living room abby, McGee and bishop all sat together on the couch while Ziva was still fast asleep
Abby: doesn't she usually be up by 4:30am?
"She didn't get much sleep last night, she wasn't feeling too great" I told them checking on my ninja who was burning up with a fever.
Abby: is everything okay?
"Abby do you mind watching Tali until I get back?
Abby: sure, I don't mind babysitting, but is Ziva okay?
"She's fine, I'm just going to pick up a few things for her. I won't be gone long" I assured
Tali: Abba
She picked up her shoes and followed behind me
Abby: I think that's her way of telling you not to leave her behind
"Alright little munchkin, I'll take you with me" I told her as I helped her put on her shoes then picked her up carrying her outside with me. I strapped her up in her car seat and we headed out together to the pharmacy that was a few blocks away "Okay my little pumpkin, we're here to get some medicine for Imah
Tali: Ima
"Yes Ima" I picked up Tue bag Ziva had packed for herself wondering why she didn't bring it inside "maybe your mom packed one of your little dolls in here to keep you busy" I opened the bag, it was just her coat along with an unopened pregnancy test. "I think your mommy and me need to have a talk when we get home" I told tali after putting everything back into the bag. I walked with Tali into the store
After looking around for a bit I made my way up to the counter "can I help you" the pharmacist with the name tag Macy asked
"Yes, I'm looking a for a fever medicine. Maybe something for the flu"
Macy: is it for an adult or child?
"An adult who might possibly be pregnant" I told her and she looked through the isle handing me what I needed "thank you"
Macy: you may want this too
She placed a pregnancy test on the counter
Macy: this one estimates your due date and let's you know if your pregnant even before a missed period
"That sounds like a really accurate test" I had her cash up everything then took the bag and Tali back into the car with me. I strapped her in and started driving back to the house slowly because the road was a little slippery due. We came to a stop at a stoplight and just as the light turned green a car came speeding our way, I tried turning to avoid being hit, bit the car was already too close. It crashed into us head on sending our car spinning into a lamp pole. I reached back for my little girl after hearing her scream out for me. Barely managing to grasp her hand I fell into a seemingly endless darkness that took over my body
