28. Our Day

Ziva's POV

I woke up with a smile on my face all tangled up in Tony's arms. It was the first Saturday Tony's had off in what seemed like forever and we'd planned to spend the day alone, just the two of us. Ever since we became a family of four having alone time has gotten difficult, so we were both happy when jenny suggested she take the girls this weekend

I was about to slip out of bed when tony pulled me back into his embrace leaving a trail of kisses down my neck. "good morning ahava, Sleep well?" I asked 

Tony: I did, before you go looking for the girls their not here. Jen came for them around seven this morning. It's just you and me sweet cheeks

"I was wondering why the house was so quiet at ten in the morning, why didn't you wake me earlier?" I asked

Tony: because I know it's been a while since you got to sleep late on a saturday. I've made plans for us, so we should get dressed

He followed me out of the bed and into our bathroom where we showered together before getting dressed. I straightened my curly hair and wore a strapless white dress that stopped above my knee and tony wore one of his casual suits and we headed out together. He took me to a cafe a few miles away from our house and we sat enjoying breakfast together

Tony: you look so beautiful. I know you don't believe me when I say this, but your so perfect and I know we've been having a hard time focusing on our wedding plans, but I want you to know that it doesn't matter where we get married as long as your there with me

"I actually wanted to talk with you about that, you know I was never a fan of weddings and neither were you. This wedding doesn't even have a set date or venue and I honestly don't know the first thing about this kind of stuff, I really just wanted it to be you and me" I confessed

Tony: then lets do it, right now you and me

"Are you serious? you want to get married right now?" I questioned being unsure of his seriousness

Tony: I'm completely serious, all I want is to officially make you Mrs DiNozzo and I don't care where or how we do it as long as I've got you. If your serious then lets go make this official

I smiled along with him as we got up from the table, there's nothing I want more than to officially be his wife and I think now was as good a time as any. We headed to our car and he drove us down to the courthouse where we headed inside hand in hand. I couldn't believe we were actually about to do this, but couldn't think of a reason why not. Tony made the arrangements and before we knew it we were standing before a judge ready to make a huge life decision

Tony: are you ready to do this sweet cheeks?

"Absolutely" I said as and the officiant began the proceedings, I was completely lost in Tony's eyes the entire time we stood there gazing lovingly at one another, the only thing breaking me from this spell was the officiant saying asking if we would like to recite our own vows. Tony answered immediately saying yes

Tony: when we first met instantly knew you we're unlike any other woman I'd ever met, and falling in love with you has been the most incredible feeling in the world. I'm happier than words could ever describe being able to wake up beside you every morning, and fall asleep with you in my arms every night. I never could have imagined feeling this way before I met you, but here we are. I promise you that I will love you for as long as we both live, I will be there for you and our children. I will honor you and remain faithful to you because I'd be an idiot if I ever let you go. You showed me the meaning of love and happiness. You gave me two amazing daughters that I can't imagine a life without. Your everything to me and I vow to love you until the day I die
