Alot had been on laniques mind the argument and where she stood in drequans life. She knew that he meant well but shawn was very important to her just as mia was to him she just wanted love. Today daquari had to go to the doctor and she was gonna talk to dre about the whole thing so that she can get a clear understanding of why dre doesnt like shawn.

"Come on fat boy mommy gotta get you dressed daddy will be here in an hour" lanique said to dakari only for him to grin a toothless grin.

Lanique put on dakari the cutest outfit she could find. The outfit consisted of a white shirt with blue and white polo shorts and a pair of blue white and red sevens that dre had just bought him. Lanique combed out daquris fro and lotioned his soft skin.

"You smell so good" lanique said giving daquaris dimples.

"NIQUE YOU READY" dre said shouting from the living room

"YEA " Nique shouted back

They didnt exchange any words as they headed out on the high way of baton rouge. Alot had been going on every sense the death of alton stealing. Nique prayed that nothing would ever happen to her or the men she loved.

"I love you nique and only want whats best for you" dre randomly said. Whats funny is that everything he said lanique had been thinking about.

"I love you to dre but, disliking my boyfriend isnt right. Hes gonna be here regardless if you like it or not. What does he do so wrong that makes you dislike him?

"Nique i dont trust that nigga he gives me an off vibe " dre said honestly.

"How he doesnt do anything to you it always seems like you have a problem with him."

"He got a funny side to him i just dont know what it is and if i were you i would watch my back" dre said cautiously.

"WOW! So because his vibe is off you dont like him when you barely even got to know him.from day one you didnt even like him".

Dre didnt respond he just sat there to think nique was pissing him off and when dre had off feelings like that most of the time it resulted in something bad.

Drequan

Dre pulled into the driveway of the doctors office for nique to jump out and slam the door.

"Aye! Girl dont be slamming my door" dre said but all nique did was roll her eyes.

Soon as they walked in the doctor just instantly let them back there after signing in because , they were the first ones there. Nique walked in the room and sat daquari on the small black bed with the paper. The first thing the doctor did was checked daquaris heart beat to make sure his breathing was fine. He giggled as he checked his ears. Nique and dre just exchanged looks as they sat there.

Dre decided he didnt wanna talk about the situation anymore because, everytime it seemed like it shawn over dre and he was getting tired of that. He was glad that he was moving on his feelings were starting to fade for nique.

"Hes gonna have to get a couple shots" dr.bradly said.

"Thats fine" dre said picking daquari up so he didnt move when he got his shots.

AN HOUR AFTER THE DOCTORS APPOINTMENT

Dre drove lanique back home because, he had a date with mia. He decided he was gonna let her do her own thing because, it seemed like she wouldn't listen to him. She mugged at him as she got out the car but he just looked at her.

"What time are you coming back" she said with an attitude.

"Later" dre said dryly.

20 MINUTES LATER

Dre walked into mias house to find her on the couch watching netflix. She had been watching the new season of orange is the new black and only had two episodes left.

"Whats wrong babe" mia said with a mouth full of popcorn.

"Nothing dre" dre said legging on her lap.

"You're lying because, you usually smile when you come over here"

" fine , me and nique just got into it again because, of shawn. I keep telling her that he gives me an off vibe but, she wont listen"

"Oh really" mia said looking around weirdly but, dre didnt peep it.

"Yea " dre said sounding all sad.

"Aww baby you so cute when you're mad you look just like lucas coly". He actually did sense dre had been growing his hair out all he needed to do was die his hair and they would be twins.

"Nah" dre said laughing.

For the rest of the day dre just chilled at mias because,he needed to clear his head.
