"I really think a mask will inhibit my vision" Mackenzie argued with Cisco

"I really think a mask will conceal your identity" Cisco sassed back

"Miss Carter, you will be wearing a mask" Wells finalized, "We can't risk anything when it comes to these people, especially your true identity"

"Yes!" Cisco smiled and got up, he jogged over to the suit cabinets and took out a little box Mackenzie hadn't seen before.

"What's that?" Mack asked

"Oh only your very own, Cisco original, superhero mask!" He was practically bouncing with excitement

"You already have it made?" Mackenzie chuckled

"Yeah!" Cisco defended

"Alright. I guess I can't say no to that. Or Wells, Mr Boss Dude" Mack smirked, Wells smiled and shook his head.

"Okay, close your eyes and I'll put it on you" Cisco said

"Really?" Mackenzie raised an eyebrow

"Yes! Come on slowpoke!" Cisco said so Mackenzie followed his instructions. Cisco put on her mask and asked her to open her eyes. They sprung open.

"Woah...It's really cool Cisco" Mackenzie marveled, touching it gently.

"You don't have to be gentle with it, I know it looks fragile but it isn't" Cisco assured her. It was light blue to match the decals on her suit, but it wasn't like any ordinary eye mask. It was like a spider web, or cracked glass. The glass-looking currents ran all around her eye-area like vines that centered at her eyes. It seemed to glow the slightest bit when it touched her face.

"How did you make this?" Mackenzie asked

"Oh you know me, I was just playing around and then I found something that I liked and went for it. It's basically bulletproof plastic with a softer felt backing, but it's filled with a substance that glows when in contact with energy, which comes from you. The design comes from electricity currents, like the ones that run through you. There's space for you to see, obviously, but it protects a good portion of your face, and no bullet can get through the space in the mask" Cisco explained thoroughly

"Well it's beautiful. Thank you" Mackenzie nodded happily.

"What's that?" Barry asked as he and Caitlin walked up behind Cisco and Mackenzie.

"My new mask" Mack grinned

"Made by yours truly" Cisco grinned as the two fist-bumped

"You guys are lame" Barry laughed at the two

"Oh yeah? And you guys are any better?" Mackenzie sassed

"Watch us" Barry grinned mischievously. Barry and Caitlin started to perform a complicated handshake, finishing it off with an 'exploding fist-bump'.

"You guys have way too much time"

"May the lord have mercy on your souls"

Cisco and Mackenzie shook their heads sadly at their two incredibly nerdy friends.

"I think we'd better go out tonight. You guys are too sad" Cisco added

"I think the only one of us who isn't sad is Mack" Caitlin pointed out, "And even she has two science degrees"

"Wow we are sad" Barry murmured
