Ahh the bright colors of mlp! My 5 year old nieces favorite pony is rainbow dash (while as i said in the previous chapter my 3 year old nieces fav is Pinkie Pie) She just kept asking over and over if I could draw Rainbow dash for her. XD
So i did this. Lol
It's far from anything fantastic i didn't do any shading or anything...(and it's actually a four part picture just the other parts are only partially colored so i only showed this part of the picture since it was colored. X"D )
This one was colored with Scholar Prismacolor pencils before i got my premiers. Scholars are much more affordable to buy and the cores are a bit harder so they aren't as prone to breaking.
However they don't quite have that same smooth feel and vibrancy of the premiers and layering isn't as easy with the scholars either. BUT they are the best affordable option of prismacolors out there in my opinion! And great for people wanting to give them a shot before diving into spending a lot of money on other prisma sets.
So regardless I'd still recommend them! :3
