Chapter 6 : Terrified

Avery's POV

It's only been two days since I talked to him but he is already in my "Get Away From Them" list. I won't survive till the end of senior year. It's only 6 months away but I won't live until a day after. I am now in the girls' bathroom and hiding like a little mouse.

Who told you to make him mad idiot?

Obviously my grandmother.

I peeked outside and there was no one. I ran to my class that is only five more minutes left to not be late. If I go to detention, Jayden would probably be there so I am not taking that risk. I reached the class just in time and no tardy slips for me. I walked to my desk which is beside Kate.

Lunch time.

I grabbed Aria and Kate's arm to the corner of the school.

"Guys! I need help. Jayden made me mad and I kicked where the sun doesn't shine of his. Now he probably will kill me and before he does that, I have to hatch a plan for me to survive. Got any plans?"

"You could probably change your name to Maya and go to London now," Aria suggested.

"That would probably take too much time and Jayden would found me already," I said.

"You can't run away from me princess," A familiar husky voice said. Oh no, it's him.

I just stood there not ready to look behind and face him. I looked at the girls expecting them to look terrified but however, they are grinning at me. After plucking the courage to look behind, he was actually smirking. Hey, at least he doesn't look like he got hit by bus like that.

"I heard your plan. Aww, is my little sarcastic nerd afraid to get caught by the most coolest guy in the world?" He says with a grin.

"I just don't want to get killed. I need to survive," I said.

He lift up his arm and I shut my eyes. I don't want to get slapped. Instead, he ruffles my hair.

"I will get revenge nerd," he says.

I just hope it's not something abusive. I want those scars on my body to stop appearing more and more.

Just a little bit bcoz my best bro wants an update and I have no life anyway so why not?
