Chapter 10: lies and more LIES

Gia's POV:
I make it to work, I park my car and get out, and once again I see Charlie in his car.

'My heart jumps with joy AGAIN!

I race up to his car window, just like i did yesterday.

Charlie's POV:
I was about to get out of my car when I see Gia walking my way😑

"Good morning Charlie!!
'She says with a cheerful voice.

"Oh.. Hey.
'I say.

"I just wanted to apologize for last night.
'She blurts out.

"Oh um.. It's ok.

"Are you sure?
I didn't mean to interrupt your date.

"DATE???
'I say with confusion.

"Yea! Weren't you and Meghan on a date?

"NO! We're just friends, it was just a friendly dinner.

"Oh...

There was a long silence for a  while...

'I make it to foot locker and Gia says bye too me.

She's soooo annoying!
And I hope she understands that I don't like her like that..

Gia's POV:
Haha!! Meghan just got friends zoned.
'I say in my head while I walk on to work.

Meghan's POV:
I make it to work kinda late, but I don't think nobody really notice.

'I put all my stuff in the mini office and I begin to work.

          3 hours later...

I was actually really surprised today! I didn't really think it was going to be this busy, but we finally got a little break, so I went into the back and got a bottle of water.

I was the only one in there when until Gia walked in🙄

'I peck at the time on my phone.

"Your not suppose to be using your phone when your on the clock MEGHAN!
'Gia says crossing her arms at me.

"Ok and.. What are you going to do about it?
'I say with sass.

"I'm the co manager!

"Ok AND?? Is that suppose to scare me?

"UGH shut up!
'She says rolling her eyes.

"I rather NOT! It's my mouth.

"Whatever! At least I didn't get friends zoned by Charlie.
'She says walking out of the office.

"WHAT??
'I say chasing after her.

"You heard me!

"I'm not friends zoned, and plus how would you know that?

"Because I talked to Charlie this morning and he told me and BTW he told me your annoying as fuck!

"WHAT? Charlie would never say that!
'I say in shock.

"Well that's what he told me Meg.

"Ugh, your full of shit Gia! I know he would never say that.

"Listen you can say I'm lying but I'm telling the truth.
'Gia says getting back to work.

'I run to the office, and I sit done on one of the chairs and I start to cry.

Gia's POV:
I watch as Meghan runs to the office, I laugh under my breath.
