Bucket
"Pre! Ako ba niloloko mo?"
"Sis, ano itong text mo?"
Kapwa nagkatinginan si Jerald at Valeen. Sabay silang pumasok sa vacation house where Maine and Alden along with their close friends from the studio and tv station decided to spend the long weekend.
Mid-afternoon na, kaya karamihan ng kasama nila nasa labas na at naglilibot sa private island na iyon.
Maine and Alden on the other hand decided to spend the day inside the house, at the long sofa, just talking and that's when their friends entered the living room.
"What's wrong with my answer?" Maine asked she's lying on the sofa; her head is on Alden's lap.
Alden met Jerald's gaze, "And what's wrong with mine?"
Both Jerald and Valeen showed to them the text messages they sent earlier.
"LOOK!" The two said in unison.
Valeen's phone: Maine's Bucket List: Ask Alden
Jerald's phone: Alden's Bucket List: Ask Maine
"Anong klaseng sagot yan, aber?" tanongniValeen
"Sabi namin "Bucket list" hindi "Bakit ng Puso mo" Jerald sighs and shake his head in annoyance.
Sa halip na sumagot ay parehong natawa langsi Maine at Alden. Ilang sandali rin na ang mga halakhak lang nila ang maririnig sa buong bahay.
When they finally stopped laughing, Maine sit up while Alden hugged her from the back. He places his chin on her shoulder as he said, "Sorry, iyan kasi ang una kong naisip kaninang umaga" he looked at Maine and pinched her cheeks softly before continuing, "Malay ko bang yan din ang isasagot sa iyo ni Maine" he met Valeen's eye and grinned boyishly
Valeen simply scoffs at the two of them.
"Masyado bang obvious kung ano ang iniisip namin" Maine said laughing a little while shaking her head a bit due to disbelief on their answer.
Valeen finally grin at them. "OO! Masyadong obvious. Na isa't isa lang laman ng isip nyo!"
Jerald laughed. "Hay! Bahala na nga kayo kung anong ilalagay nyo sa bucket list mamaya. Babasahin pa naman natin yun sa bonfire later. Sige, announce nyo na lang kasal nyo para tapos na. Halika na nga, Valeen" he pulled Valeen's hand and they left just like that.
