You: (gives Chris his food)

Madison: she's hereee.

You: (look up) Hey Candace.

Candace: Hey y/n. (Hugs you)

Chres: what's up?

Candace: Hey August.

Chris:  okay now let's eat.

You: Chris.

Chris: I'm hungry.

Chres: I know that's right and you cooked it so.

You: (look at him)

You: so what are y'all girls up to today?

Madison: We're going to uber to the tattoo parlor.

Chris : you're getting a tattoo?

Madison: Noo. Candace is.

Chres: (looks at her)

Candace: my mom is allowing me.

Chres: okay.

Madison: (looks at you)

You: (eating then look up at her)

Madison: (looks away)

Jennifer: (walks in the kitchen) oh.

Candace: (looks at Madison)

Madison: (looks at Chres)

You:  (look up) oh..(stands up)

Jennifer: I tried calling.  I didn't know you had company.

You: No. (Wipe your mouth with a napkin) I was just leaving.  (Get your plate and look at Chres) I'll bring this back. (Walks out)

Chres: (looks at you then Jennifer)

-moments later-

You: (pulling off)

Chres: (runs up to your car)

You: (roll down the window) what? (Roll your eyes a little)

Chres: I didn't know she was coming.

You: why are you explaining this?

Chres: cause I saw how she made you feel.

You: (laugh) made me feel? I just didn't want to disrespect your girlfriend.

Chres: she's not my girlfriend

You: well your friend who's a girl and happens to have a key to your house.

Chres: (looking at you)

You: I got to go. I want to visit my mom.

Chres: you didn't want to take Chres?

You: I'll take him tomorrow.  (Let the window up and drive away)
