Ms Carter and Mr Webb stood outside the therapy home waiting for their patients. Soon, they all came out with their properties ready to enter the luxurious bus parked in front of them.

"Wait a minute! Where's double trouble?" She asked.
Double trouble was the nickname she had given to Nicole and Gail. Double because they were twins and trouble because they were simply troublesome.

"We are here." They emerged from the therapy home wearing similar clothes and struggling with their bags.

"Gail don't be lazy, carry those bags well!" Nicole snapped.

"You don't expect me to carry yours and mine. Do you? Well I'm carrying only mine." Nicole was only with a bag and left Gail with the remaining three bags despite she knew that Gail couldn't carry them all. Sometimes she was selfish even to her twin.

Gail flung Nicole's bag towards her. "Carry your bag yourself."

"Nicole enough!" Ms Carter pointed to Gail thinking she was Nicole. She could hardly differentiate them. They were so identical. Putting on the same clothes made her more confused.

"I'm Gail not Nicole." She rolled her eyes. She could see Nicole was trying to carry the two bags.

"Let me help you with it." Ruby offered.

Nicole looked at Ruby who already carried the bag comfortably. For the first time, Nicole didn't object to someone apart from her twin rendering a helping hand.

"Thanks." She smiled at Ruby and made faces at Gail. Gail didn't know the best way to reply her sister and kept quiet.

The evening was breezy. It looked like there was going to be an heavy downpour.

"Now get into the bus." Ms Carter ordered.

The patients entered the bus orderly and took a seat. Each person per seat. Mr Webb helped Ms Carter into the bus and off it went.

Krymson took one last look at the therapy home that seemed like a home to her. She waved at it and started imagining how the new therapy home would be. Caroline sat opposite her and was looking outside the window.

"Ms Carter, are we going to be there before midnight?" Naomi asked. She sat opposite Emmanuel.

"I guess." Ms Carter replied. She was at the front seat with Mr Webb.

Naomi whispered to Emmanuel and settled to rest a little before they arrived at their new home.

Double trouble also sat opposite to each other.
Nicole smiled. She was preparing to hatch her escape plan with her sister.

"Gail." Gail was also planning to rest when her sister to called her.

"What is it?" She was irritated that her sleep was interrupted. "We can talk later. I need to rest."

Nicole hissed and thought of what she could use to occupy herself with during the ride.

It started raining.

"Shit! Why now?" Ms Carter wasn't happy about the rain. It would slow down their journey and she hated night journeys. She checked her wristwatch. 10:30pm.

Mr Webb calmed her. The street was still much alive so they were safe.

"How long is it going to take to get there?" She asked the driver.

"Let's say fifteen minutes."

Ms Carter heaved a sigh of relief. They would soon be there. She didn't like the idea of travelling or moving about at night. It was dangerous, at least to her.
She turned back to look at her patients. Only Nicole and Lucian were awake. The cool breeze had obviously made them drift to another world.
