Benny's POV
I awaited the sound of the doorbell. Barry was taking me to a Yankees game.
This included is driving out to the game. It was my favourite team, the LA Dogers VS the Colorado Rockies.
"Hey Benny." He greeted cheerily.
"Good morning Mr Ruth." I said smiling.
"Ready to go?"
"Yes! I can't wait!" I exclaimed.
"Have fun guys." Barb's mom said waving from the driveway with Barb herself.
"Today is going to be bitchin." He said tapping the steering wheel. I wasn't expecting such modern language from him.
We were on the open road. We stopped for some ice cream and soon made it to the stadium.
"Yeah, 2 tickets. Just for me and the boy. Thanks." Barry said leading the way through.
We both put on our LA Dogers caps and went to our seat. I looked up at Barry as he had already started chatting with an older gentleman next to us.
"And is this your son?" He asked.
"No, this is a good friend of mine." Barry said looking at me. I shook the old gentleman's hand.
"You must be very good friends. It's not everyday you get to see a Dodgers game." The man said sitting down. Barry ruffled my hair as the game began.
