Your POV

My head feels like it's spinning, why am I so dizzy?

"Y/n! Are you okay?" The rest of the managers looked at me in concern as I clutched my head.

"I just feel dizzy, that's all..."

I tried to smile reassuringly at them but instead winced in pain as I suddenly had a headache.

"I think you should go home and rest y/n."

I looked at Aoi who was giving me a worried look.

"No.. It's fine, really!"

"I'll take her home."

My heart pounded at the sound of that voice.

"Really? Then please take care of her for us Shindou!"

"Y-You don't have to do this."

He turned towards me as I rubbed my arm, clearly embarrassed. He gave me a smile which made my heart leap.

"Of course I have to. What kind of a boyfriend would I be if I didn't?"

I gave him a small smile as we continued walking.

Up till now I don't get why he actually chose me. I'm just an ordinary girl. There are tons of other girls in the school who are prettier, smarter and have a better body than me. Besides, he has a lot of fans too.

Suddenly, I felt like all the energy's been sucked from my body and I fell to the ground. Just before I hit the ground, I felt a pair of strong arms wrap around me as I passed out.

Eh? Where am I? I feel so cozy...

I opened my eyes seeing a ceiling. I looked around me and realised that I was in my room.

Wait, how did he... Oh right. I keep a spare key under the mat.

I reached towards my hair to brush it only to feel something furry on my head. My eyes nearly popped out. Carefully, I touched it and realised it was an ear.

Wait what? Am I delusional?

Once again I reached up to touch the furry "ear" and realised that there were two of them.

Clearly alarmed now, I jumped off the bed and looked at myself. I stumbled backwards as I saw another abnormal thing behind me.

A tail.

I screamed a little as I tried to touch my "tail". I yelped a little when I pulled it.

Okay, so apparently it's real.

I pinched my arm which resulted in a small shriek.

And I'm clearly awake.

"Y/n! Are you okay up there?"

I tensed up hearing a very familiar voice.

As there were footsteps coming up the stairs, I jumped into my bed and quickly hid myself in the blanket.

No! I can't let anyone see me like this! Especially not Shindou!

My heart beat faster and faster as the doorknob turned.

"Y/n?"

I peeked from under the covers to see a pair of brown eyes staring at me.

"I'm fine, so you can go now."

He didn't seem too convinced.

"Why are you hiding under the covers? And why did you scream just now?"

I became flustered as I tried to come up with an excuse.

"U-Uh don't come near me! I, uh, I have a contagious disease!"

Shindou only laughed. He took a step closer towards me as he pulled off the blanket. His reaction was priceless.

I would have taken a photo if this was a normal situation. Sadly, it wasn't.

His eyes were as wide as saucers as he walked slowly towards me. I looked down as a visible blush spread across my cheeks.

Suddenly, he pulled on one of my ears.

"Ow! Why'd you do that for?!"

I yelped in pain as he let go. I rubbed the ear he had pulled as tears gathered in my eyes.

"A-Are those real?"

"What do you think?!"

He breathed in and out looking as if he would lose it any second.

"But that's impossible! So what are you now? A cat?"

I shrugged.

Suddenly a look of mischief came across his face. My gut was telling me he was gonna try something... on me.

True enough, he moved his right hand behind one of my ears and...

started rubbing it.

Somehow it felt so good that I started purring uncontrollably.

When I realised what I had done, my hands flew up to my mouth desperately trying to muffle the sounds. My cheeks were currently flaming while Shindou just looked... amused?

He stopped which resulted in me hiding in the covers.

"Aww, y/n is embarrassed."

Shindou cooed making me blush even more as I mumbled.

"Am not."

He just chuckled, while proceeding to lie next to me. His action made me redder than before.

"Aren't you going to say I'm a freak now?"

"Of course not. In fact they make you look even cuter than before."

He smirked playing with my hair as I hid my face in his chest.

"It makes me feel even happier that this adorable cat is mine."

My heart fluttered everytime I heard him say the "m" word.

"I love you Shindou."

He kissed the top of my forehead.

"Love you too y/n."
