Some fluff because you guys were mad at the last one. I know the title made it sound like a fluff but obviously it wasn't.

Conner? Connor? Let me know.
I'm pretty sure it's Conner
_____

Y/N smiled at Conner as she pressed her paint brush against the smooth colorful canvas.

"Thanks for doing this for me." She said, sending a small smile at him. "I really appreciate it."

"No problem." He said, smiling.

"No! Don't smile, just do that gloomy badass expression." She said, waving her arms around.

Conner suppressed a chuckle. "Ok."

"I'm working on your hair for I guess you can talk." She said, not glancing at him but focusing on the canvas.

"Are you going to paint the others?" He asked.

"Well, I might get a picture of them and try to paint off of that." She smiled, "Even though I prefer live ones, we all know Wally won't be able to sit still."

Conner smiled, "That's true."

After a comfortable silence passed, Y/N spoke up.

"Why are you doing this for me?" She asked, looking at Conner in the eye. "I know you rather be training for hanging around Ma'gann."

He just shrugged, not answering. Y/N looked at him suspiciously.

"Did you two fight?" She asked, bluntly.

He raised his eyebrows. "No..." He said, slowly. "It's just that she has cheerleading."

"So I'm your second choice?" She asked, coldly.

"No, I just want to hang out with you if Ma'gann was here or not." Conner frowned, "Is that hard to believe?"

"No, I just..." Her voice trailed off. Then, shaking her head, she chuckled awkwardly. "I'm overthinking. I thought you and her were dating."

"No, just really close friends." He said, staring at Y/N. "Besides, I have someone else in mind."

She raised a eyebrow, grinning mischievously. "Oh really?" She asked, "Spill."

"It's a secret." Conner defended.

"C'mom, you can tell me." She pleaded, ignoring the pain in her chest. "I'll be your best friend."

Conner laughed, "I thought you already are." Shaking his head, "Besides, it wouldn't be a secret if I told you."

"It would still be a secret if I didn't tell anyone else." Y/N pointed out.

"No, that would defeat the whole purpose of me keeping it a secret." He said, smiling.

"Wait, don't smile." She said, making a few strokes in her canvas. "Wait..."

After some touch ups, she grinned at her masterpiece.

"Done."

Conner got up, walking over to the proud Y/N and completed painting.

The painting was beautiful. Y/N captured all the different colors and all the stroked where perfectly done to show dimension and details.

It was truly perfect it almost looked living.

"Wow..." Conner said, lamely. "I mean, I have no words."

"I hope that's a good thing." She chuckled, cleaning up her supplies.

He shook his head frantically, "It is," he said, "Trust me."

"I'm going to hang it up by the lounge." She said, taking off her smock.

Conner glanced at Y/N and spotted a flick of blue paint on her chin.

"Wait, you have something." He said, "On your chin."

"What?" She frowned, touching her chin. But the paint splatter still remained "Did I get it?"

"No, hold on." Seeing that it was the perfect cliche way to kiss her, he took it.

Planting a kiss on her lips with a finger on his chin tilting her face to his. The kiss was sweet, long but gentle.

Flicking away the blue paint, he smiled when they pulled away.

A dumbstruck look appeared on her face. Then, looking up, she frowned.

"Was there even paint on my face?" She asked, doubtfully.

He held up his finger. "Yup."

"Why did you kiss me?" She asked, frowning. "I mean—I enjoyed it but why?"

"Because I wanted to." Conner replied, a goofy smile on his face.

"So does that mean we're dating or..." He voice trailed off, unsure.

"Yup."
