- Has a poor heart but went through heart transplant before going to Seoul
- A famous girl in the school
- Alongside with her brothers, Kim Myungsoo and Kim Sunggyu are known as the Kim Siblings in the school
- Myungsoo's twins

Lee Howon

- Neighbor of Sunggyu, Yoonhye and Myungsoo when they're in Busan
- Move to Seoul for studies together with the Kim's
- Treat Yoonhye as his younger sister and loves her a lot
- Enjoys bicker with Sunggyu
- Grew up in Busan

Kim Sunggyu

- Yoonhye's brother who nags a lot and love to act like their mother
- Love music and like to bicker with Howon
- Always envy of Myungsoo who gets more love and attention from Yoonhye
- Grew up in Busan

Kim Myungsoo

- Yoonhye's twin brother
- Loves Yoonhye a lot, and treat her as his girlfriend
- Dreamt of being an actor in the future
- Grew up in Busan

Nam Woohyun

- The first friend the Kim's and Howon made when they went to the school
- Does a lot of aegyo and was called 'Heart prince' and 'Heart machine' among female students
- Talks a lot just like how Sunggyu nags a lot
- A new student, just like the Kim's and Howon

Oh Sehun

- Jongdae's family adopted child
- Had a girlfriend named Bae Joohyun,  left without telling him
- Adores Yoonhye's prettiness
- First year of high school

Cho Songhyun

- Jongdae's girlfriend
- Passed away in an accident
- Knew Jongdae since they're four years old
