Chapter 8

No one pov

They arrive at the place that Irene mentioned. The place is so beautiful with Led trees. There are also have some games to play, ferris wheel, snow walk. Irene choose this place because she love theme park. They walk to the ferris wheel. "Should we ride this?", ask Irene while pointing her finger to the big wheel in front of her. Baekhyun shook his head. "We have to ride this for the last.", he say. Irene nod mean she agree to ride another games.

They try everything there, take picture and eat ice cream. While they are eating, Baekhyun take a brave action by holding Irene's hand. She shock but she don't refuse. They smile at each other. They walk and ride with their hands hold each other. They look so happy.

Finally, they queue up to ride the ferris wheel. They sit in front each other. They just keep quiet as the situation turn awkward. "So, you are the only child in your family?", Baekhyun start the conversation so at least the ride are not that boring. "Nae. I have a sister but she's dead. Cancer.", she begin to cry but she hold it. Baekhyun start to panic as hell. Worry if he ask a wrong question. "Irene ssi, So- so -sorry for that question.", he confirming. "Aniyo. I just too emotional today. I'm fine", she smile and that's make Baekhyun relief. "Ahjussi, do you perhaps have a girlfriend?", she make a pop question. Baekhyun also shock with that unexpected question. "Ah. Isso, but that was a long time ago. You have one?", he ask her back. Now, she shock herself with that. "Obseoyo. But I have a first love. We are childhood friends. But I left him when I was 14 years old. We decided to wait for each other. But I don't think I can. I hope he meet someone better than me.", she smiling when she remembering her first love. Baekhyun just nod and smile.

Suddenly, the ferris wheel got stuck and the electricity cut. They are on a top of the ferris wheel. It's so dark. They start to panic and worry. "All the visitors, please calm down. We will fix it as soon as possible.", an annoucement have announced. "Hyosubssi, are you okay?", Baekhyun ask her when he don't hear anything from her mouth. "I'm not a dark fear person but I feel unsecured right now. I'm so afraid right now.", she stutter. Her voice is shaky. Baekhyun take her hand and hold it. "If you afraid, grasp my hand.", he offer to help her. She grasp Baekhyun's hand tightly with her eyes close.
After a minute, the electricity come to normal and the ferris wheel start to move. Irene still close her eyes. That's make Baekhyun smile. He think that she is so cute. He let she hold his hand without telling her that it's turn to normal now. She slowly open her eyes and pull her hand away after she know that the situation have come to normal. "Gomawo.", she thank him. "You look so beautiful today. Seriously.", he say while staring at her face. Irene just smile sweetly to thank him about his compliment towards her.

After 10 minutes, the ferris wheel reach the bottom. They get out from there and walk to the car. They decided to go home but Baekhyun drive her to another place. Special place for the last special night.

10:30 p.m

"We arrived.", Baekhyun release his seatbelt. He feel weird because there are no respon. He fix his eyes to Irene. She sleeping sweetly. He stare at her face calmly. "Oddokhaji? I have fall in love with you although you warn me to not fall for you.", he say. Suddenly, she move her hand to rub her eyes. He say to her that they have arrived once again. "Where are we now?", she ask with sleepy tone. Baekhyun get out from the car and open Irene's door. "Just get out now. You will know soon.", he offer his hand to take her out. Irene accept his hand and exit the car. She look so amaze with the place in front of her. It's a fancy restaurant that she never know. Her jaw open with her hands cover her mouth. "Let's go princess?", he offer his arm for Irene to link her arm into it. Irene link her arm around him without any doubt. They walk in to the restaurant. The restaurant is so beautiful. The gold colour make the restaurant more luxurious. Only wow that Irene can describe about it. Her jaws open and describe the restaurant with 'daebak' 'wah' 'assa' 'juigo' 'ddabong' 'jjang'. That kind of words. Baekhyun pull a chair for Irene to sit. She thank him and sit. Baekhyun sit infront of her facing her beautiful face. "Do you like it?", he ask when he look at Irene's reaction. "Dangyeonhaji! This is just DAE BAK!", she keep express her amazing reaction. He chuckle a bit. Her eyes go to each point of the restaurant. "Neomu pisso geureohji?"(very expensive right?), Irene ask. Baekhyun chuckle and shrug his shoulder. Suddenly, a waiter give them a starter. They eat while chatting about the restaurant.

After they have a dessert which is chocolate lava cake, jazz music is playing and some of the guest start to dance. Baekhyun stand up and walk to Irene. He offer his hand to ask her for a dance. She look so shock. "I can't dance.", she say. Baekhyun take her hand and pull her with him at the centre of the ballroom. "Just follow me, okay?", he say and wink at her with his charming smile. He hold her hand and start to dance. When the dance turn to spin, Irene spin gracefully and end their dance with they embrace each other. The music stop right at the time. The guests clap their hand to Irene and Baekhyun. They bow and turn to their table to finish their wine. "You say that you can't dance!", he pout. Irene just shrug her eyebrow with a smirk. They go back to Irene's home at midnight.

They prepare to sleep. Suddenly, Irene go to see Baekhyun at the living room with a medium size of teddy bear at her right hand. "Ahjussi.", she call Baekhyun. He open his eyes and look at the owner of the voice. He get up when he recognize her voice. He reply with a huh. "This is your last day. So, I would like to give you my bed today. I will sleep in my friend's bedroom.", she say. "Are you sure?", he ask Irene. She nod. "Okay!!!", he happily climb up to Irene's bedroom. Irene just chuckle and find it cute. She get into her chingu's room and sleep.

Next day

Baekhyun's pov

I wake up with a nice back bones I have. My last sleep here is so nice. I walk to the kitchen and I see Irene busy prepare for breakfast. She look at me after she know my presence. "Ah, Go wash up and have breakfast.", she say. I nod and walk to the bathroom. I pack my bag and all my things. I look at her room for the last time and climb down to the dining table. I sit and staring at the food. There are Kimchi Jjigae, eggrolls, seaweed and some other side dish. "Why you stare at the food?", she ask after she give me a weird look. "I will miss this when I back to Korea.", I chuckle. "Yah, don't make me sad! I don't want to cry.", she pout cutely. I pinch her cheek before I take my chopstick and began to eat.

Irene's pov

I send him to the airport and now, we are waiting for his flight. He just like celebrity and I start to doubt with him. He hold my hand all of sudden. I'm about to ask but I stop when I feel his hand is so cold. I just stare at his hand. "Don't stare at my hand. You will miss this hand after this.", he start to show off. "Miss? No way.", I say then he chuckle. His face turn to a worry one. He turn his body to me. "You don't read my bio, right?", he ask. I nod. I'm so afraid to read it. He mess my hair. "Jalhaesso. Can you help me?", he ask for a help. I just nod. "Don't look at it or just throw it away, promise me!", he say and take his finger for a jinx. I jinx but I say that I will try. He smile. Why my heart is fluttered when he smile like that? Don't be like this Irene, you will end up hurting yourself. "Ting ting ting, flight to Incheon airport is ready. So, attention to the passanger to check your passport and ticket at the counter now. Thank you", an annoucement have made. He take his bag and hold my hand for the last time. "Take care and thank you so much for your tour. I will transfer your money. Don't worry.", he say. I nod and give he a hard smile. He give me a peck at my cheek and walk away with his hand waving at me. I shock and freeze. He left me dumbfounded. After a while, he lost in my sight. I walk to my car with a very hard step. I drive home with my tears keep falling like waterfalls. I don't know what's wrong with me. Maybe I like him. No! Maybe I love him. It's very hurtful. Like the old times. I hate being apart.
