Stephanie's POV
Today is the day Sydney comes. I know as one of the internet friends, we're scared. We don't wanna be replaced. Caitlyn means the world to us, and we don't want to be left in the lurch.
"Steph?" I look up. Toby is looking at me. My heart starts beating faster. He doesn't know how much I love him. Or does he?
He sits down next to me, and he looks me in the eye. "So I was wondering.... If you'd maybe wanna... I mean you don't have too.... But I'd like it if you..." Caitlyn laughs. "GOSH TOBY. JUST ASK HER OUT." Dan smacks her on the shoulder and they head up stairs.
"Yeah.. So will you go out with me?" I laugh. "Did you even have to ask? Of course."
"Great! So, we can go later today or on outing day or..."
"Toby. Later today is fine."
He nods and nervously leaves the room. I can't believe he just asked me out.
Maybe this is what I'm meant to be!
Probably not.
But at least I know what love feels like.
