"Sang..." Hearing Gabriel say my name again in such a heartbreaking tone made me want to get up and comfort him with the warmest embrace I could ever give. Instead, I could only watch him take careful strides to where I was.
That is, until I heard and felt the bed creak when he sat down and grabbed me by the elbows, pulling me into him. Then he was kissing me.
