Marceline has a part of her brain that was damaged which causes to mispronounce a couple of words, and often she mispronounces a lot of names so she just gives people nicknames, in various languages. Some are common ones like Emily becomes Emilika, other names become Russian pet names, Chiron is called 先生 (Sensei) and so on so forth.
Percy- 海藻の少年 (Seaweed boy), 海男子 (Sea/Ocean boy)
Annabeth- 脳の女の子 (Brain girl)
Thalia- 青い目 (Blue eyes), 空のお姫様 (Sky princess)
Jason- 眼鏡 (Glasses), 空の皇子 (Sky prince)
Piper- 三つ編み (Braids)
Leo- ふざける炎 (Playful flames), 火曜日 (Lit. Tuesday, Marceline calls Leo that because the first character means fire)
Calypso- 孤独の少女 (Lonely girl)
Frank- シャイ少年 (Shy boy)
Hazel- ココロ (Heart)
Nico- 天使 (Angel), 天使男 (Angel Boy), 死神の息子 (Death god's son)
紳士さん means Gentleman, Samurai etc. in this case it means Mr. Gentleman, which Marceline uses mockingly on many of the male demigods
