A/N: Okay good, I'm glad you guys liked the Maya/Gabe scene in last chapter. I wanted it to be as real as possible and make sure that how she explained it was real enough that a 5 year old would actually understand something like that if this happened in real life. I'm so OCD about my fics bc everything has to be perfect and real. lmao... And thank you for the love! I love to read your comments. This  chapter is going to be a Lucas POV because I feel you guys should have a look into how he's feeling. :) Also this chapter is over 2K words. Lmao so you get a treat.  Sorry it to so long to update. Next update you won't have to wait as long.

Lucas POV

I've had so many thoughts running in my head since I saw Maya on Tuesday and learned that we share  a son together. The minute that we locked eyes in her Mothers living room every single feeling I had for her came flooding back to me. She looked fucking beautiful and I couldn't help myself from staring at her. My heart was finally feeling full again but nothing compared to the feelings that I had when she told me that we shared a son together. I was in shock then once that wore off I was sad because I realized I missed out on 5 years of his life and that I wasn't there to help Maya. At the same time I was happy about it because it meant the love Maya and I shared created this adorable little boy who was my mini me. As she told me about him I couldn't help but just stare at how beautiful she looked even when she was crying. Finally I couldn't help myself and just kissed her. The spark in that kiss was so real it was like in 5 years nothing had changed what so ever. I loved Maya she is my soulmate.

Everyday since Tuesday we have texted non stop and she's sent me pictures of Gabriel so I could see him. My heart was so full I thought it would explode. We talked and set it up so I cold come over to her place on Saturday to see him. In those three days she's told me all about him. He was born on February 14th which is Vaelntine's Day, he loves Legos, and his favorite food is pizza. My son is exactly like me and I loved it.  I actually got him a lego set after Maya told me that. I couldn't wait to give it to him. Maya texted me and told me that her talk with him went well and she also sent a picture of the two of them. I saved it to my phone within seconds of receiving it.  Now I'm on my way to go see them. I was nervous but excited about it. Her apartment wasn't that far from mine which is really nice. I arrived at 3:00 like planned and it took me a few seconds but I finally found the courage to knock on Maya's door.

She opened it a few seconds later and smiled happily at me "Hey, I'm so glad you are here." she said to me "Come on in. Gabe is in his room, I've got to get him." I couldn't stop looking at how beautiful she looked. Her blonde hair flowing beautify down her shoulders and those blue eyes of hers were so easy to get lost in. I wanted to kiss her so I took the initiative to do so.

"Maya wait..." I said as she was about to walk away. I grabbed her arm and gently pulled her too me. I leaned in and kissed her softly in the lips. She eased into my kiss like always but pulled away a few seconds later.

She looked up at me and smiled "As much as I want to stand here and kiss your face off our son could walk in at any moment and I don't want him to be confused." she whispered.

I smiled at her "As long as you let me kiss you later." I replied and she blushed then nodded.

"Of course." she answered before walking away to get our son.

I walked over and sat down on the couch and waited for her to come back with him. She hadn't even noticed that I had a gift for him.  A few minutes later she emerged from the hallway holding onto the hand of our little boy. Maya sat down beside me on the couch and he leaned into her then climbed onto her lap and hid his face into her neck.

Maya looked down at our son and rolled her eyes "You've been excited to see your Dad all day and now you are going to act shy." she chuckled.

"I promise, I won't bite." I said to him and he smiled.
