5. I'm a Believer

I went into the change room and put my costume on. It reminded me of I Dream Of Jeanie. I walked over to the make-up table to put some lipstick on and noticed a photo of Brian Wilson on the table. As I looked at it, I remembered the kiss Brian and I shared yesterday. Why did he kiss me? I thought to myself. I walked out of the change room and bumped into someone causing them to spill coffee all over themselves. "I'm so so sorry!" I apologised. He looked up at me and then I realised who it was. It was Micky Dolenz! I couldn't help but stare into his beautiful brown eyes that were staring into mine. It was love at first sight.

Micky's POV

I was walking with Peter when a girl bumped into me. I herd her say sorry and I looked up and saw her beautiful dark brown hair, her gorgeous dark green eyes and her ruby red lips. She's perfect. But why would she go out with me? I thought to myself.

Betty's POV

"Sorry I wasn't watching what I was doing" I said quietly, still staring into his eyes. "That's ok. I'm Micky Dolenz" he said while reaching his hand out. "Nice to meet you. I'm Betty" I said blushing. We stood there staring into each other's eyes for what seemed forever. "Come on lovebirds, we start filming soon" Peter chuckled. "Pete's right, Nadine we should go over our lines" Micky said, looking down and playing with his thumbs.

Hours past and the whole time I was watching Micky. He was so funny and so cute! I wish I wasn't scared to talk to him. I thought to myself. "Hello, earth to Betty" Peter said while waving his hand in front of me. "Oh sorry. I must of dozed off or something" I said surprised. "Yeah right! I know you have a bit of a crush on Micky" Peter Chuckled. "I do not!" I whispered loudly. Peter just laughed. "She's madly in love with him!" Joseph said as he walked by. "Joseph, shut up" I said while clenching my teeth. "Well anyway it's your time to shine!" Peter said with the biggest smile.

An hour has passed and it was time for the kiss. I was so nervous. "Ok Betty, can you please sit on Davy's lap" the director said. Davy could tell I was a nervous reck. "Don't worry love, just lean in and kiss me" Davy said smiling at me. "Ok, and... action!" The director yelled. I said my lines and leaned in and started to kiss Davy. The kiss started out sweet but it soon turned more passionate. "And... cut!" The director yelled but we kept on kissing. Davy started to grab my back has he hugged me tighter. "Ok guys, you can stop now" Dominic chuckled. Davy broke away from me and stared into my eyes. "You are a amazing kisser" Davy whispered into my ear. I blushed when he said that. "Thanks" I whispered back.

Micky's POV

My stomach turned when I saw Betty leaning in to kiss Davy. I thought to myself She's only acting but the kiss soon became more passionate. When Davy pulled away he whispered something in her ear that made her blush. At this point I knew I had no chance with Betty. She was in love with Davy. Davy always got the girls.

Betty's POV

"Ok lunch break!" The director yelled. I looked around to see my friends were chuckling. But then I saw Micky. He looked upset and jealous. Just talk to him I said to myself as I was walking towards him. "Hey Micky, is everything alright?" I asked nervously. He looks looked down at his feet. "I don't know" he mumbled. I took a deep breath and asked "Would you like to talk about it over dinner Friday night?" He looked up with a big grin on his face. "You mean like a date?" He asked. "Yes" I answered. "I... I would love to go on a date with you" he said while blushing. It was really cute actually. "Great! 7:30?" I asked. "Sounds fine to me" Micky said. "Ok see you then" I said.

Micky's POV

I couldn't believe she asked me on a date. I got home to my apartment I couldn't help but jump up and down."She asked me on a date!" I yelled. I feel like the happiest man on earth!
