Chapter 4 - Invaders

Echo, Jackie and their friends went Further East and thought that it will be a safer place for them after the Volcanic eruption. What they didn't know was that the East of Asia was on War. It was 1960 which was Vietnam War. Forests and jungles were destroyed by Humans. So Echo, Jackie and their friends sticked together at all cost for survivability. They sometimes hide from the Soldiers and sneak attack them. They were very clever and especially for Echo because he's the "cunning" one. They've been trying to survive for at least 5 years! Sadly, Rupette was captured by one of the Vietnamese Officer. Echo, Jackie and their friends tried to save him at midnight while the soldiers were asleep but some of them did not and they were guarding the Camp. Echo,Jackie and their friends sneakily went bush by bush to free Rupette and he was inside a Small, reinforced cage. It had 3 Locks which will be hard to find the keys. But Rupette remembered where the Vietnamese Officer has taken them. And it was inside a Jeep. Echo quietly went inside the Jeep to search for it but he didn't find it and so he turned back to Rupette and asked where he had seen it the last time. Rupette said,

Rupette: It's behind the glass thingy (Windshield)

Echo: The what now?

Rupette: You know... It's in the circle thingy (Steering wheel)

Echo: oh...

Echo went back and looked for it and he finally found it! (Thank Lord.)
Echo grabbed the 3 keys with his mouth and gave it to Rupette cause he had hands and could know how to unlock a lock. And so Rupette was free and they ran to the Forest and hid near a River.
