When I walk outside of director fray office I saw a lady holding her four-year-old child crying. She's having a hard time to stop her baby's crying. So, I decide to help her with her daughter, I walk towards her.

"Kenvier, baby stop crying. I'll buy you a lollipop" She said sobbing.

"But I don't wike wowipop, I want ice cweam" Cries the girl.

"But baby we can't afford to buy ice cream" Sobbed her mother.

"I want ice cweam" She cries louder.

"Hi, you need help?" I ask politely, the lady look at me, her eyes are red from crying. She shook her head.

"It's okay, I just need her to stop crying" She said, the girl keep asking her mommy an ice cream.

"Can I talk to her?" She looks at me hesitantly then nod her head allowing me to talk to her daughter.

"Hi, I'm Kennedy. What's your name?" I ask smiling at her.

"I'm Kenvier" She sobbed.

"Kenvier, you know Ice cream is bad for your teeth. The ice cream has a lot of sugar and sugar is eating your teeth. Do you want the sugar to eat your teeth?" I ask, she cover her mouth with her tiny hands and shook her head.

"I lobe my teeth" She said and stopped crying.

Her mother cried and smiled at us.

"Can you please watch her? I need to use the restroom" Kenvier's mom said and I nod at her.

"Bye, baby mommy loves you so much" She sobbed, she kissed Kenvier's head and hugged her.

"Take care of her" She stood up and walk away.

Kenvier has a blond curly hair, long lashes, blue green eyes and a pink pouty lip. She's wearing a cute pink dress, a high knee socks and black school shoes.

As we wait for her mother to come back I asks her some questions, she's five not four, she doesn't have a dad, and she loves ice cream even though she only ate an ice cream once. Her mother always says she can't afford to buy ice cream for her and her mother don't have work.

Almost one hour waiting for her mother but she doesn't come back. We already watch every restroom here in the hospital but there's no sign of her mother.

We sat back again to where we are before and asks her.

"Do you know where's your home?" She shook her head.

"Mommy don't want me anymore, she said that I'll come with you and you'll be my new mommy" She explained.

"What? Why?"

"She said she can't feed me and buy me toys anymore because she's sick" She starts crying.

"Do you know why she's sick?"

"She just said, cancer stage four" Putting four finger in my face.

"Oh my God" my eyes widen. I don't know what cancer she has but I know it's so impossible to cure wherever she had.

I look around and hear Kenviers tummy grumbled. I saw her wrapped her arms in her tummy and says.

"Opsie" We both giggled.

"Hungry?" I ask and she nod.

"Let's eat something" We stood up, holding her hand we walk.

"Twinkle, twinkle

WITTLE star, how I wonder

So high, wike a diamond in the sky" She keep singing twinkle, twinkle. Little star on our way to Julio's car.

Jumping when she's saw a line from the tiles.

"Sing with me Mommy" she said looking up at me. I nod and sing with her.

"Mommy?" I hear Julio voice.

"Long story. Carry her to the car, please" He doesn't ask anymore questions and carry her inside the car.

He placed her at the back of the car, I seat with her. Julio look at me in the eye.

"D-did you kidnap that kid?" He stuttered and I rolled my eyes.

"Of course, not" I said at the same time kenvier sang.

"No, no, no kidnap"

"Then, why she with you?" He asks at me.

"Her mother asks me to watched over her because she need to use the restroom but after thirty minutes she doesn't come back. We look for her everywhere but she doesn't there anymore, no sign of her, I ask kenvier----"

"Kennedy + Xavier = Kenvier" He laughed.

"----if where is her ... What?"

"I said her name is half yours, half Xavier's" He laughed, kenvier thinks it's funny and laughed too.

"Seriously J? You want me to finished what I'm going to say?" I gave him a poker face and he stopped laughing.

I didn't think about that.

"Sorry K, please continue"

"So, I ask her where's her home, she said her mommy doesn't want her anymore, can't afford her food and her mom has a cancer stage four. I think she just wanted to find her daughter someone to take her before she, you know" I gave him a dead sign, not wanting kenvier to hear.

"And you're willing to take care of her?" I nod at him.

"Besides, I don't have to worry about Tony's Chemotherapy anymore and I now have a work and a wealthy father" I said smirking.

"That does mean, you're okay now?" I nod. "Good, I don't want to send you to asylum, you know" He chuckled.

I wanted to open my mouth but Kenvier beat me.

"I'm hungwy" She said poking my shoulder.

"Let's visit Madge" I said chuckling, Julio nod and starts driving our way to my favorite Madge cafe.

"Food is making my mood good" Kenvier sang, causing Julio and I laugh.
