Okay so ASL (American Sign Language) has been a big thing in our family. My mom learned it when she was a kid, and I have been signing since 7 months old. Plus, I have two sisters with Down Syndrome, so we use it a lot.

Well, we all love the series Signing Time. My little sisters watch it every day, and it has taught us a lot.

We got the newest DVD, and when I saw Alex and Leah I cried.

Long ago they were two little kids, barely past toddler age. Alex  would forget his lines, and Leah could hardly speak. Now, Alex says all of his lines fluently with a smile on his face, and Leah can speak as well as any person.

Like I said, I cried. I walked into the living room and cried. It makes me so happy to see how far the two have come. They feel like family.
