Maya's P.O.V

I felt so calm and peaceful....

Everything was quite and beautiful, how it should be....

UNTIL SOMEONE RUINED IT!

All I could hear was this annoying beeping sound blasting through my eardrum! I mean come on! Give a girl a break here!

I had finally had enough of this stupid beeping sound and decided to do something about it!

Except...

I couldn't move.

And the weird part was I was looking at myself. No, not in a 'out of your body' kind of way. It was like looking in a mirror...

Then I herd the voice.

I'd recognize that voice anywhere!

Mom!

But where was she why couldn't I see her?!

"Mom!" I called out to the darkness

"Maya! Oh I'm so glad this worked!" She said

"Mom!" I repeated "Where are you?! Why can't I see you?! Where am I?!" I had so many questions

"Maya, calm down. I put you under a spell so I could talk to you without leaving the Isle" She explained

"Oh." Was all I could say. "But why?"

"I thought that you were getting a little to comfortable there, and I decided to, ya know, spice things up a little" She said.

Suddenly I saw her. She replaced what I had previously been staring at, myself. She was now there trapped, I guess? But none the less she was in the mirror!

"H-how did you do that?" I asked

"I didn't you did"

"Ok. Explain." I said crossing my arms..well I think I crossed my arms

"This spell was to powerful for me to cast upon myself I needed your help. So when the moment was right, I cast the spell and put you into a deep sleep" She said simply

"I'M NOT GOING TO BE IN SOME 100 YEAR OLD CRAP! RIGHT?!" I said furious 

"Relax darling" She said laughing "By the time we're done talking, maybe an hour will have passed at most back, in Aruadon!" She said with a sneer

"Um.OK, so what did you want to talk about?" I asked curious

"Oh! Theres good news! Get ready cause your about to think I am the best mother in the world!" She said clapping proud of herself

"I've found you a loyal prince who will serve as your king when you rule as Queen of Hearts, and you can behead him as soon as you get the crown!" My mother said

"WHAT!" I said about to behead her myself

"I know! Excellent news right?!"

"NO! Mother I will not be marrying someone you've set up for me! We've been over this a thousand times!" I exclaimed on the verge of tears

"You listen here young lady and you listen good!" My mother said standing up straighter in the mirror in front of me "You will marry this prince! You will behead him! And you WILL bring ME back the magic wand!"

"I thought we were supposed to bring Maleficent back the wand" I said completely ignoring her

"Well you thought wrong" She smirked "I have discovered a new kind of magic that is far more powerful than Maleficent's magic!"
