You and Samwise Gamgee sat down to a plentiful supper, and both you and him were eager to eat. You picked up your fork and knife and dug into the roast beef, but Sam went straight for the fried potatoes.

"Potatoes again, Sam?" you teased. "Don't you ever eat anything else?"

Sam blushed. "I just..like potatoes, (y/n). There anything wrong with that?"

You shook your head. "No, it's just the perfect thing to tease you about, your..po-tay-to fixation." You giggled.

Sam shrugged and shoved his mouth full of fried potatoes. "Thrr rr drlrshrsh drr."

You busted up laughing. "What?!"

Sam blushed and swallowed his food. "I said 'They're delicious though.'"

You nodded and plopped a dollop of mashed potatoes onto your plate. "Can't deny that!"
