AU Tender in the loins (after truth or shot/ Sal)

When I got home the tree was set up the guys had already started decorating it while the kids played near them

I felt weird and had to sit down
Sal looked over at me and looked worried

"Love, are you ok?" I hear Sal ask trying not to let Riley hear

"Yes, just tired I guess it's the holidays so it's expected"

"You don't look ok let's get you to the hospital just to make sure"

"No really I'm fine just finish with the tree and get the gifts from the car I'm going to go lay down"

I fell asleep and just relaxed till the next morning

Everyone was at the house opening gifts and it was the best time ever when everyone left I got a special gift from the boys

"A spa day for everything you've done" Sal gave me an envelope

"Mommy I love you"

Those are the words that kept me going for so long

The hole day I got to be alone and just relax
I loved it
I left the spa early and went to see a few movies and then shop at the mall for a few late gifts for Sal

For dinner I just got a quick bite and went home

Christmas came and went so fast Riley liked all his gifts that I still couldn't believe that I could be this happy just being around such positive people

After New year's it was back to work
I left the office early one day because I wasn't feeling well so I asked Sal to get Riley after they finished and headed to the clinic in town

"So I'm not sure how to tell you but you're pregnant if you'd like a full exam you can come back later"

I went back to my car and just sat there in shock and remembering​ how it was when I was pregnant with Riley and I wanted to cry then I remembered that I had to get home to Riley and Sal since there was only going to be them two trying to figure out dinner and I knew it was just going to be cereal
I went to get something on the way home from the pizza place on the island

"So what's up with the pizza did something happen?" Sal asked when I got home

"Actually yes"

"What is it? Is it bad?"

"No it's nothing bad just surprising"

I told Sal with a bag of baby clothes I bought right quick in the way home and he told everyone else

Our daughter was born at the end of October a few days before Sal's birthday

I was sitting on the couch I bent over to get the bowl of popcorn from Riley and I felt something wet on the carpet

"Dude I think I knocked over a drink or something"

"What?! damn!"

He got up to get a rag

"I think it was me? oh shit it's time, you have to take me to the hospital"

I sent a mass text with "thunder cats are Go"

Q was over in less than 5min

"Ok, let's get you into the car"

"Q open the car"

"I'll go get the bag"

"Bessy and Joe are taking it, you guys just need to take me to the hospital"

"I'll get your purse, and call the hospital"

I had Sal drive since he knows how to get anywhere on the island the fastest

Brian was in the back to keep me calm and tried to make Riley not panic

"Just breath and we'll be there in a bit"

After getting to the hospital I don't really remember anything else other than seeing my little girl and holding her in my arms

"Dude, it's our little girl I can't believe it"

Sal was crying when he held her and looks at me

"She doesn't look like Winston Churchill at all Q was wrong"

I laughed and there was only one nurse that understood why

"Ok we'll leave you two alone with the baby"

He sits on the bed next to me and relaxes

Lots of people came to visit during the time I was at the hospital

When we got home Sal didn't let me do anything, it was nice because with Riley I had to do everything myself and I never got to rest till I met the guys

Like right now Sal has kept Hailey with him the whole time on our way to L.A. for a show the guys are doing and to visit some of my family

"Babe, we're here I'll get Hailey since she's sleeping"

"Come on Riley let's get the stuff and take it to the room"

I could hear Sal and Riley talking in the other room

"dad, after this are we gonna go see my cousins?"

"Yeah, before the show we can go see them"

"First we're getting something to eat"
I say while getting up from the bed

After the visit and the show we got back to the room pretty late
We put Riley and Hailey in their room and we went to our room

I was on the bed with my eyes closed I felt Sal lay next to me

"Christal I don't know how to put it in words"

"Just tell me the best you can"

"Ok......you're my everything along with Riley and Hailey I can't see myself without you guys ever
I'm glad I got to meet you, these past 7yrs have been the best ever thank you for putting up with me"

I had tears in my eyes but didn't open them
I felt him wipe them away

"Please look at me"

I open them and he's over me looking into my eyes

"I'm the one that should be thanking you, I was in the worst rut and didn't know how to deal with it, then I met you I didn't know that someone could love me and actually mean it, I love you Salvatore"

He kissed me and smiled
