6. Ugh she's so stubborn, but that's what I admire about you, I think?

Her voice echoes throughout the jungle, Trey hears the voice.
Trey: TEË?! HOLD ON, TEË!
Trey starts panting as he runs through the long grass.
Teë: Grrr...WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME!
Metarex: We are the Metarex and we want the chaos emerald you have there!
Teë: WELL TOO BAD! BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT HAVING IT!
Metarexs: I guess we're gonna have to take it off ourselves.
Teë: You don't even wanna know where I've hidden it! *smirks*
Metarexs: *sweats nervously*
The Doctor speaks through the hologram.
Doctor: HAVE YOU FOUND THE GIRL?
Teë: DR SMITH!
Doctor: It's nice to see you angry, too bad you can't use that hammer of yours.
Teë: You better watch it, once we find all the 7 chaos emeralds, you'll be sorry!
Doctor: IF you find them all. Speaking about the emeralds, how about give us the one you have right now?
Metarex: Master, I'm afraid we can't get it.
Doctor: What do you mean you can't get it?!
Metarex: Well...She's hidden it...in uh her...*sweat drops*
Doctor: JUST GET IT YOU FOOLS! SHE'S WEAK!
Teë: OH YOU BETTER STAY BACK, I MAY BE WEAK BUT I CAN STILL BITE!
Sally: Be careful, Teë!
Doctor: QUIET YOU!
Dr Smith electrocutes her.
Sally: AHHH!
Teë: JUST HANG IN THERE, SALLY!
Metarexs: Now now little girl, all we want is the chaos emerald.
They start walking towards Teë's cage.
Teë: HOHO! I DON'T THINK SO! *punches one minion with the blue chaos emerald*
Minion 1: WHOAAAA! *flies across jungle*
Metarexs: WHAT THE?
Teë: H-How did I do that? Huh? *emerald circles around her and glows*
Doctor: SHE'S USING THE POWER FROM THE CHAOS EMERALD!
Teë: YOU WANT MORE OF THAT?! CAUSE I CAN GIVE YOU I--
One of the minions snatch the emerald off Teë.
Teë: W-WHAT!
Metarex 1: Why thanks for the emerald, mwahahaha!
Doctor: Excellent job! Now leave the girl and bring the chaos emerald to me!
Trey: I DON'T THINK SO!
Trey uses the power of the chaos emerald to destroy them.
Minion: HUH? IT'S TREY!
Doctor: GET HIM YOU FO--
Trey destroys the minion controlling the hologram. He lands on the ground and heals from his fall off of the cliff.
Trey: Now I may not run fast, doesn't mean I can't spin dash.
The Metarex become afraid as the green emerald glows brightly in his hand.
Teë: GO GET THEM, TREY!
Metarex: It's time to die, Trey.
Trey: Yeah I know, but you first GOODBYE!
The Metarex are confused as Trey sounds she's towards most of the minions.
Trey: I'M NOT FINISHED YET!
He destroys the rest of the Metarex and takes the blue chaos emerald back.
Teë: GO TREY!
Trey: I'll take that, thank you. Are you alright, Teë?
He walks toward the cage holding her.
Teë: Yeah, thanks!
Trey kicks down the cage. Teë jumps on him and hugs him tightly.
Teë: OH IT'S GOOD TO BE REUNI-- Oh wait...*lets go* Sorry...
Trey becomes confused of why Teë doesn't want to hug him.
Teë: TREY LOOK OUT!
Metarex: You think we're over?
Teë: Hmph.
Teë snatches the second emerald off of Trey.
Trey: TEË! What are you doing?!
Teë: BACK OFF!
Teë punches the Metarex with the chaos emeralds in her fists. The Metarex flies across the jungle and explodes. Trey is shocked at Teë's energy.
Trey: Teë! How'd you...I thought you...
Teë: It's not me Trey. It was the power of the chaos emeralds.
Trey: No wonder why I could spin dash...It was the chaos emerald all along.
Trey brings out the 2nd chaos emerald, dark blue it starts glowing brightly.
Teë: So you did find it!
Trey: Yeah! It was easy! Then I came back, but you were gone so I went to look for ya!
Teë: You came back...For me?
Trey: Well you had the other chaos emerald too, so of course I went looking.
Teë: Grrr...*crosses arms*
Trey: Did I say something wrong, Teë?
Teë: Oh it doesn't matter, let's just keep moving.
Teë begins to walk and Trey follows her.
Trey: Uh...(Is she okay?)
Teë and Trey are walking through the jungle in silence. Until a snake spots them up in a tree walking its way.
Snake: Ssss...Two sssnacks coming my way. That must be something spicy.
Trey's stomach starts growling loudly.
Trey: Geez...I'm starving.
Teë: Well there are pancakes in my backp--
Snake: Well I am hungry too.
The snake blocks Trey's way making unable for them to pass.
Trey: WHAT THE?!
Teë: Trey?! *turns around*
Snake: I'm friendly, no need to be sssscared.
Trey: I don't like snakes, okay? *sweatdrops*
Snake: I don't ssssee a problem with that.
The snake starts to hypnotise Trey. Trey gets hypnotised by the snake, his eyes turn from emerald green to yellow. Teë walks towards Trey.
Teë: TREY, C'MON! WE HAVEN'T GOT ALL D--
The snake turns to Teë and starts to hypnotise her. Her eyes turn from jade green to yellow.
Snake: Why hello there, why you look pretty.
Teë: Thank...You.
Trey snaps out of the hypnosis.
Trey: WHAT HAPPENED?! TEË?!
Teë: T-Trey...
Teë: All you have to do...Is trusssst in me.
Trey: Teë, you're scaring me...
Teë looks at Trey still hypnotised.
Snake: You must be feeling very sssleepy...
Trey: *looks up in tree* (Hold on a second...IT'S THAT SNAKE!)
Snake: Sssleep...
Trey spin dashes towards the snake. Teë starts to close her eyes.
Teë: Very, very...Sleepy...
Trey: LEAVE HER ALONE!
Trey spin dashes into the snake as its head hits the branch. Teë falls out of hypnosis and falls to the ground unconscious.
Trey: Teë, Tee! Wake up!
Teë: *opens eyes* W-What happened?
Snake: Ugh...Who dares to disturb my supper.
Trey and Teë get scared and back away slowly.
Snake: You think you can escape?
The snake wraps itself around them and squeezes Teë really tight until she starts losing feeling and breath.
T&T: AHHHH!
Snake: This time I have both of you!
Teë: Wait, t-this snake can talk? (This has to be one of Dr Smith's schemes)
Snake: This time I have had enough of you both.
Teë: TREY, CATCH!
Teë throws the dark blue chaos emerald at Trey.
Trey: *catches emerald* Got it!
Teë: USE THE POWER OF THE TWO CHAOS EMERALDS TO GET US OUT!
Snake: I'm not finished with you yet!
The snake tries to hypnotise Teë again.
Teë: HURRY!
She closes her eyes and falls unconscious due to lack of oxygen and blood flow. Trey spin dashes through the snake and it drops Teë, she falls to the ground and Trey catches her in bridal style.
Trey: C'MON! (She's unconscious, great.)
Snake: HEY!
Trey holds Teë tightly in his arms and runs out of the jungle with her. They get out of the jungle. She starts waking and looks up at Trey while she's in his arms.
Teë: Phew...T-That was a close one.
Trey: *chuckles* Yeah, two chaos emeralds so far better than none.
Teë: So where's our next location?
Trey checks the map and looks at the next realm, next to Basilia.
Trey: The Rose Kingdom.
Teë: We're still in Basilia?
Trey: Yeah, but on the map there's another chaos emerald located around The Rose Kingdom.
Teë: Then what are we waiting for? Let's go!
Teë jumps out of his arms and stumbles. Trey holds her up and they gaze at each other. They let go of each other and start walking again.
Trey: Say Teë? Don't you want your chaos emerald back?
Teë: My chaos emerald?
Trey: Yeah, you're the one who found it, so here!
Trey gives her the royal blue chaos emerald.
Teë: I thought it'd be yours, royal blue is the colour of your birth rite.
Trey: Well, you could keep it to remember me...If I'm away or anything like that.
Teë holds the emerald to her chest and smiles at him.
Teë: I will...
Trey smiles back at her. After teleporting to the Rose Kingdom, they walked for hours.
Teë: You find anything?
Teë sees a waterfall streaming below them, Trey whistles at the height of the waterfall. Teë walks next to him.
Teë: Well?
Trey: We're gonna have to cross this bridge.
Teë looks at the unstable, weak and broken bridge.
Teë: Uhh...Don't you think that's a bad idea?
Trey: Why? Are you afraid of heights? *smirks*
Teë: Hmph! Of course not! *crosses arms*
Trey: Then let's go!
Trey begin to walk on the bridge, Teë stares at him nervously and looks at the bridge. Trey jumps over the broken piece of the bridge.
Teë: Trey, wait!
Trey: What are you waiting for? C'mon!
Teë: Coming...*gulps*
Teë slowly steps onto the bridge.
Teë: (Just don't look down, Teë...) AHHH!
A piece of the bridge snaps and her leg gets stuck through the hole.
Trey: TEË?! *looks back* HOLD ON TEË, I'M COMING!
Trey starts rushing back to Teë. She is trying to pull her leg out, but she scrapes it on the sharp, splintered wood. Her leg starts to bleed badly.
Teë: Ugh...
Trey: Don't worry, I've got you!
Trey grabs her hand.
Trey: On the count of three, I'll pull you and you'll pull your leg. Ready?
Teë nods nervously.
Trey: One...Two...THREE!
Trey pulls Teë as she pulls her leg. Unable to stand she falls on top of Trey.
Teë: Whoops...S-Sorry...
Trey: Ugh...*rubs head and opens eyes* What the?!
Trey and Teë are face to face to each other, noses touching. Suddenly another piece of the bridge breaks.
Trey: WE'VE GOTTA GET GOING! *stands up*
Teë: Wait!
Trey looks back confused and frustrated giving her the "now what look".
Teë: I-I am afraid...
Trey: There's no need to be afraid when I'm around. *smiles*
Trey lifts Teë into the air in bridal style, she gets startled by the sudden movements.
Trey: Who says you can't trust your hero?!
Teë: No one, of course. *smiles*
Trey: Now let's go!
Trey starts running across the bridge, it starts to break behind them and fall into the waterfall. Teë looks back worried and frightened that they may not make it.
Teë: HURRY!
Trey: I'M TRYING!
One side of the bridge snaps, they start falling, but Trey is still holding Teë in his arms.
T&T: AHHHHH!
Trey grabs the edge of the cliff, but accidentally drops Teë, Teë screams in fear.
Teë: AHHHHH!
Trey: Teë!
What will happen next? Will Teë survive or fall to her doom? What will Trey do? Even if Teë survives what will happen next? Will Teë continue with the mission with the same determination as before or get too scared to go on? Find out next on previve!
