Zuri's POV

I burst into Grizzly Cabin.

"Griff, we need to talk," I say.

"Not now," he replies, not even looking up at me. "I'm busy."

"Jorge, Ravi, get out," I say.

"This is our cabin. You can't just tell us to get out," Ravi says.

"I said GET OUT!" I yell. That makes them leave. I turn to Griff. "I said we need to talk."

"And I said I'm busy," he says.

I scoff. "Doing what? Reading?"

He sighs and puts his book away.
"I'm listening."

"No, I'm listening. Because I need to know why you're being a jerk to me."

"I'm not being a jerk," Griff says.

"Really?" I ask. "So ignoring your girlfriend, making up excuses to not be with her, and getting mad at her very existence are things a normal boyfriend would do?"

"I don't do any of those things. You're overreacting."

"Am I, Griff?" I say. "I'm starting to wonder if you even like me anymore."

He sighs. "I don't want to talk about this now."

"Then when?" I ask.

"Maybe never? I really don't want to talk about this," he says.

"Jason was right. You don't care about me or how I feel. You only care about yourself."

"Zuri, that's not true. I-"

"Save it," I say. "I don't need you."

Just as I'm about to leave, I remember do something important.

"Oh and by the way," I say. "We're through."

There. It is done.
