Plot: something i just thought of while i was in a shower. (part two of the one last time)

Your POV

"Flowers. A pretty pet of nature isn't it?" Sam started. You glanced at him and nodded. "It's a pity, they don't stand a chance in a war." You sighed.

Sam raised his eyebrow in that reference but you weren't making any. You were just simply stating on how flowers can't literally survive in a warzone. It's too delicate and fragile.

"Like you." Sam whispered. It was your turn to raise your eyebrow but Dean stomped in the kitchen. His duffel bag was ready, filled with extra clothes and weapons to fight for in their coming hunt. You laid your daisy down and crossed your arms.

"Are you sure you don't need my help?" You asked. Sam stood up and shook his head. He leaned down and kissed your forehead before he walked off with Dean greeting a farewell to you.

Sam gave me flowers today. It was a mix of roses and daisies. It's my favorite combination. I kept it in a vase outside.

Sam started giving me flowers everyday, it's so sweet. He thought it was something poetic. Haha.

Entry 19

Sam started giving me just daises. He noticed I liked daises more than roses. Glad he did.

Entry 24

I can be the happiest girl in the world right now. He just vowed to give me flowers for the rest of my life.

Entry 38

Sam and Dean died on Thursday. The hunt that they pushed me away in killed them. I wish I could've done more.

"I'm sorry for your loss Mrs. Winchester." You sobbed quietly. Mary smiled at you and hugged you like you were her child. "It was our loss, Y/N." She cried.

The people that attended the funeral started draining until there was you. The only one standing by his tombstone. A daisy that you held when you last saw them was placed ontop of his stone. You sighed and gave a tear.

You kissed your hand and placed it on his grave, bidding him a bitter farewell. You were walking around the place when someone tapped your shoulder. You looked around and it was Garth, your friend.

"Hello." He smiled. He took out a bouqet of roses on one hand and one plucked daisy on the other. He gave it to me and smiled.

The scent filled your nose. The scent of flowers that Sam gave you was still fresh in your brain. It took you back when he first started doing the vow.

"What?" You whimpered. Garth chuckled warmly and he tucked his hands in his pockets.

"Sam wanted me to give you this. He said he kept his promise. Even if he died, the flowers would still be going to you." Garth explained and walked away.

Even if he died, the flowers would still be going to you.

— damn son, its not sad enough.
