THE BEST Chapter 24

I went to my room and took a shower. After these past few days I needed some alone time. I looked in the mirror and saw a picture of me when I was younger. I walked up to look on it when I tipped and fell over something. I fell with a loud thud.

"Kate are you OK?" I heard Lexi yelled from downstairs. I looked and saw my album with so many childhood memories.
I opened the cover and looked at the first picture.
It was a picture of me and my mom. A tear fell out of my eyes.
I wiped it away and tried to be strong, to be stong for mom and Lexi.

"Kate?" I heard the door open.

"Hey." I wiped away my tear.

"What are you doing here?" I sniffed.

"I um heard a loud thud so I came to check you."
She looked down in my hands and saw the album in my hand.
She came besides me and sat down.
I slowly turned the pages.
We laughed we smiled and we cried.
All the memories came rushing back.
We sat there looking at pictures until it was 12 midnight. I close the album and went on my bed.

"Am gonna go get some asleep." She closed the door and went to her room.

"Good morning Ray here's your coffee." I placed the hot cup of coffee on his desk.

"I'm going on a vacation." He shut down his laptop and looked at me.

"OK would you like me to clear everything in you schedule for this week?" I looked in his eyes.

"You're coming with me so go pack your bags." What?

"No I can't." He looked at me with shock.

"That wasn't a question Kate." Wow. He got up and walked towards me.

"You can't just go like that I have a sister to take care of." I made up an excuse obviously the worse.

"Well if u had a sister to take care of why did you sign up for this job?" Shoot. He came closer to me.

"A pa is supposed to go wherever the boss goes." He came impossibly closer our lips 1cm apart. I was breathing so heavy its like O had just ran a marathon.

"You coming with me Kate I want this vacation with you." And before I could say anything else his lips claimed mine.
Our lips moved to the sync as his hands went to my waist.
His hands ran downwards grabbing and squeezing my ass.
A soft moan escaped my lips causing us to speed up the pace.
We pulled apart at the ringing of the phone.

"Damn...." He pulled away from my lips and looked me in the eyes.

Me and Ally took a bus and went home.

"You might need this." She held up a lace lingerie. The hell?

"Where did you get that." My best friend tho.

"I bought it for you." She shrugged.

"And what am I supposed to do with it?" I raised my brows.

"Where it, flaunt your sexy ass in front of your sexy ass of a boss." Is she serious.

"Yeah flaunt you sexy ass Kate." Lexi repeated. Wow my own sister.

"No!" I yelled. "He's my boss for Christ's sake.

"C'mon Kate think about it." She looked at me.

"Yeah Kate think about it." Lexi smiled.

"No, OK maybe, no no." I grabbed the lingerie and hit her with it. We laughed and lay down.
