Chapter 22

I push him off of me. I bring him upstairs to the room he is staying in and put him into bed. I lock the door so he can't open it and trip down the stairs.

I walk down stairs and go outside. I sit on Sam's lap and he puts a blanket over the both of us. He rests his hands gently on my waist. I move to get comfortable and end up with my head on his chest. He kisses my forehead and moves around too. All I remember is the bright stars and Sam's big eyes glittering in the moon light.

I wake up on the kitchen floor with my bikini on. My head is throbbing, so I hold it, feeling a big bump. I try to get up, but get up too fast and get dizzy. I walk around the kitchen and see Trevor on the couch and Tyler sitting in the chair. I get frozen peas and hold them to my head. I walk up stairs into the guest room Sam and I were staying in.

Sam is sleeping, but I don't see Kian or Andrea or Ricky. I go take a shower to think. I think about how I ended up on the floor, why did I have my bikini on, and did I change myself, or did someone else do it. It was all very confusing. After I shower I get dressed in some hot pink shorts, a Lana Del Rey crop-top, and a hot pink beanie.

I wake up Sam and everyone else because we are going to the park today with Louise and Darcy. He gets dressed in a Coca-Cola muscle tank, some jeans, and a red beanie too. We basically match, which is cute. When all of us are ready to go, we go to the park. When we get there, we see the animals that are outside and play on the playground.

I can see that Darcy is having fun. I pick her up and rest her on my hip. I put her on the slide and run to the bottom. I catch her at the end of the slide. She laughs and laughs having fun. I notice Sam watching me play with Darcy. He smiles, and I smile back. I turn back around to see someone running with Darcy, and her crying.
