Feeling like a giddy school girl I pried my body from Sevens arms amidst his protests and hauled my tail to the shower. A few lovely weeks had passed since we made our pact and so far so good. Yes we was dating, but with a no strings attached outlook. If at anytime I felt his life was to much for me I was free to go. As of right now though, we can't keep our hands off each other. I have since returned to work at my usual position, perched right outside of his office windows where we spent more time staring at each other than working. However, per my request we kept our romance under wraps at work, I didn't want my coworkers thinking bad of me for sleeping with the boss.

After I got ready I raced downstairs to the kitchen. Before bed last night I placed some oatmeal into a slow cooker mixed with mouth watering ingredients that was sure to make a hearty breakfast on this cool morning.  Seven loved to watch me cook and understood my love for it. He had even offered to send me to culinary school but I couldn't let him do that, even though I had been giving it some thought. If I chose to go I'd pay my own way.

Whisking into the kitchen I went to grab a few bowls for Seven and I. I always liked to have his plate waiting on him when he entered, not because he wanted me to but because I liked to take care of him and spoil him. Turning with the bowls in hand I went to check the oatmeal only to discover the slow cooker not there. "Huh" I mumbled looking around confused. Just then Agatha walked in going about her duties. I was always nice to her but she seemed a tad snarky to me.

"Good morning Agatha".

"Morning" she barely grunted.

"Agatha I started some oatmeal last night in the slow cooker but it's now missing. Have you seen it?"

Turning to look at me it seemed she was trying to hide a smirk then gasped a little to dramatically. "Oh my, I'm sorry. I thought you was careless and didn't clean your mess after dinner last night. I tossed it out this morning".

"Oh" I mumbled as my face fell. I really wanted that oatmeal. Before more could be said I heard a booming voice sound off. "Agatha never let me here you talk to Lotus in such a manner again. I know for a fact the kitchen was left clean last night because I helped Lotus do it. Clearly you had to know something was cooking..."

I turned and placed my hand on Sevens arm. "Really it's okay. Just let it be".

Seven looked down at me, placing a kiss to my forehead he said "it won't happen again princess". Turning his attention back to Agatha he said "you are no longer responsible for the kitchen. You may start helping with the cleaning and laundry".

Agatha nodded her head sharply and it was obvious she was upset. Once she left I said "Really Seven that wasn't necessary. Maybe it truly was a accident".

"Oh my naive little bunny, that was not a accident. Now let's go, breakfast is on me this morning".

Feeling bad for the actions Seven took against Agatha I bought her a small cactus as a apology. Seeking her out, I found her in the laundry room. "Hi Agatha".

"Yea" she grumbled.

"I'd like to apologize for the misunderstanding" I said handing her the plant. Smirking she looked it up and down with disdain before taking it and carelessly setting it on the counter without another thought. Turning to leave she spat. "Don't think your special to him because your not. I've seen this same situation before princess".

Deciding not to continue this conversation I walked out hearing her snicker. I had no idea why Agatha was so cold toward me, I've always been friendly to her and occasionally would ask her for help in the kitchen only for her to snub me away. And what exactly did she mean by she'd seen this situation before. Did she mean Seven had let other women stay here before?"

Later that evening without telling him the exchange between Agatha and I, I gingerly broached the subject. "Seven I'm curious, have other women ever lived here with you?"

Laughing he said "where did all this come from?"

"Oh, I was just wondering".

"Well the answer to your question is no. Yes, I've had dates but my life is too private to bring people I don't know to well into my home. I'm not going to risk exposing my business".

"Oh"

"Is everything okay princess?"

"Sure, I'm just tired I guess" but now my mind was wondering what she meant exactly then, especially since no women has ever stayed here. After a few minutes passed and I let a big yawn. "Seven I think I want to go relax in my tub and sleep in my room tonight".

"But why, I mean I get you want to relax in the tub but why aren't you joining me in my room tonight?"

Smiling I patted his hand. "Rest assured, this has nothing to do with us. We're okay. I just need some me time tonight"

"Are you sure princess?"

"Absolutely" leaning down I gave him a kiss an bid him goodnight. I soaked in the water for a good while and after I dried I went to grab my favorite lotion off my vanity to find it missing. Thinking I had left it in Sevens room I chose a different one. Snuggling down into my blankets I soon drifted off. Sometime in the middle of the night I felt the weight of someone sit on my mattress. Before I could react a arm snaked around me pulling me into their chest. Instantly I relaxed as Seven's masculine scent assaulted my nose. Snuggling back into him he whispered "sorry for waking you and intruding on your me time but I couldn't sleep without you next to me".

Placing a kiss on his arm that was tucked under my chin I drifted back off into a blissful sleep.
