Chapter 13; Texts

Johnny's POV:

After hesitating I sit up

I grab my phone and text her

Johnny~hey where are you
Johnny~ I miss you so much
Johnny~ come back
Johnny~ I'm sorry

I sigh and shut my phone off.

I grab my phone and walk to my room and get ready for my bed

After getting ready I drop onto my bed.

I lay down with my hands behind my head and sigh very heavily

**flashback**

"Come on Johnny" she says as she runs up to my room

"I'm coming I'm coming" I say trying to catch up

"Ok so I'll sleep on the bed and you will sleep on the floor" she says jumping on my bed pulling the covers down

"No no no, I'll sleep on MY bed" I say making "my" louder than the rest

"Just sleep on the same bed, you too are practically siblings" my mom says walking past the room

Me and Kenzie look at each other and laugh

Siblings. I always thought we could be more than that.

"Ok.. I guess" I say laying down on the bed and grabbing my phone

"Goodnight kenz" I say kissing her on the cheek

I sigh and turn over on my side. The bed feels so cold

Empty.

I groan and take the pillow and shove it in my face

It smells like her perfume.

Damn I miss her so much

My eyes get heavy and I fall asleep thinking of her...

"Johnny?" A familiar voice says

"Kenzie!!?" I say as my eyes widen

"I missed you so much" I say to her

"Did you really?" She says as her eyes tear up

"What are you takin about?" I say standing up confused

"You didn't miss me"

"Of course I did, I-I LOVE YOU KENZIE" I say shouting walking closer to her

"If you loved me, why did you leave me?"

I wake up shaking and sit up. My throat was dry and I felt like I couldn't move.

My eyes were watery.

It was just a dream.

What she said in the dream was right tho.
Why couldn't I just say I still love her... she left all because of me.

I slide my hand over to my phone and I check my phone to see it's 3 in the morning

I gasp and my mouth drops as I see something appear on my phone screen.

I cover my hand with my mouth and cry
