The loved was ripped
away from
the lovers in the night.
The only bond to
reality
has been severed.
What was meant to
help heal
has gone missing.
The wound
is now festering.
It will
never fully heal,
too much pain
has been
dealt.
Many tears have
been shed
for these lost few.
They will never
return
for their time has come,
but let it
be known that
the missing are loved
and that they are not
truly gone until
they are
forgotten by us.
