Blue crystal eyes
hidden by the wolf's disguise
Trying to hide the shattered heart
Caused by other's lies
Some say beauty saved the beast
Some say it's the other way around
I just happen to know the truth
So listen and don't make a sound
Has anyone ever thought that
beauty is the beast,
all tangled up in a shell?
Breathtaking to say the least
But on the inside, she's gone
through hell.
Who knows how the story's
supposed to go
When it's twisted and changed
Over time
Interpretations may come a many,
But I'll always stick with mine.
